We recently used Studio D Staging & Redesign to help us design four rooms for a new home purchase…read more We wanted our new home to not look pieced together with old furniture in a new space, but to have a flow of good, quality design pieces throughout the home. We wanted the rooms to be cohesive, stylish, yet family-friendly as we have two children and a dog. To start, Danielle had us fill out a detailed questionnaire that was specific to each space. My husband and I were able to share our budget for each room, and the feel for each room that we desired. If we had existing pieces of furniture that we wanted to be incorporated, she could also work with that too. Danielle came to our home inspection to see the rooms in person, take measurements, and consider things photos couldn't capture, such as lighting, adjacent room design considerations, and flow of the house. Then the real fun began when she sent us our room designs. WOW! We were blown away by her vision for our new home. Her designs, furniture choices, and accent choices were functional for our family, but they were also fresh, sophisticated, and timeless. She even included paint colors and light fixtures in her design to complete the room from top to bottom. She also sent the link to the online store where each item can be purchased!!! Talk about EASY! Danielle came in UNDER budget for each room, and her designs were something that we could have never done on our own. Danielle has an exceptional eye to marrying textures, colors, and tones. She was a delight to work with, quickly responding to emails and texts, and always wanted to make sure we were happy with the end result. If we ever move again, I would call her in an instant for design services. My husband and I are so incredibly pleased and feel she really knocked it out of the park. With Chuck, I didn't have to fill out any lengthy questionnaire, choose from various packages, or haggle. He clear pricing, he was straight-forward. We had Chuck come over to provide a free estimate last year in 2012. In every room he walked through, he gave us incredibly valuable advice not only for personal interior design but also for home staging. His insights were so helpful and appreciated which we employed when trying to sell our house. Due to the market we decided to sell this year instead. So in February, we knew we had to have Chuck stage. He and Tony came over, did a final quick walk-through and scheduled a staging. His photographer (which can be included in the service for a minimal cost) gave us the link to the photos within hours! In turn, this enabled our listing agent to post them up on MLS that evening. That same weekend, we had hundreds of visitors during our Open House! Needless to say, within 5 days we received several offers. We close escrow this week. Chuck does have many friends in the real estate business so it really helps when he can also let his sphere of network know that a house is up for sale!
