I can only speak on the delivery from Brite Ideas Home Staging of what was purchased because I wasn't present when my SO and my MIL made the transactions. It was a rough first impression but a good one none-the-less. My SO and MIL had told me they just happened to be driving by when they saw some furniture for sale by a staging company. I guess they sell their staging furniture to the public only a couple times a year(?). Anyways, bragging about the bargain they just got for (2) sofas and a queen bed, I was told it would be delivered on Monday. After keeping a look out all day, my SO calls to let me know Brite Ideas Home Staging got really busy and was unable to deliver. This was between 4-5pm when they called. Still no biggie, I don't sweat the small stuff. Come Tuesday morning around 7am, wide awake after being told delivery is ETA between 7-8am. It was more like 9am when they did arrive. Upon greeting, they had me sign a post it note with my husband's handwriting stating there was a balance. Apparently, that's all they had. Lol. I thought it was funny because it was my SO's handwriting, undeniably so. The two guys were able to move in the furniture so quickly, being cautious of the frames on the walls and professional. Brite Ideas is professional, prompt, great value for the cost! I always ask for 3 -5 bids before hiring any vendor. With Chuck, I didn't have to fill out any lengthy questionnaire, choose from various packages, or haggle. He clear pricing, he was straight-forward. We had Chuck come over to provide a free estimate last year in 2012. In every room he walked through, he gave us incredibly valuable advice not only for personal interior design but also for home staging. His insights were so helpful and appreciated which we employed when trying to sell our house. Due to the market we decided to sell this year instead. So in February, we knew we had to have Chuck stage. He and Tony came over, did a final quick walk-through and scheduled a staging. I bought a condo in Downtown in late December of last year, but it did (and still does) need some updating and TLC - and also I felt overwhelmed with where to begin. Upon our first meeting - I knew Chuck was knowledgeable, realistic, affordable, honest, and was willing to listen to my input. Did I mention affordable!?? He takes your input as well, and is honest if he doesn't think it will work. He is quick to note if there is a problem area and what can be done to resolve it. In my case, he's given us some clear direction with paint color, blinds, and furniture ideas...he can do it all from the paint, to the blind selection, to the furniture shopping - but in our case we did the painting, and shopping and ran things by him for his input. I recently had my midtown home on the market. For the listing, my realtor referred me to Brite Ideas for staging. Chuck and his wonderful partner (sorry, forgot name!) are amazing- they transformed my living room (first impression when prospective buyers first come in the house!), and my entire basement (a separate apartment) into show pieces! Chuck spent at least an hour going through each room of my house suggesting what I could do myself to keep the rental cost of the staging down (ie., some decluttering, but mostly rearranging, some additional pictures, a little painting, etc). He didn't come across as "you must do this" but rather, suggestions, and they all made such good sense! (have a pad and pen with you during the walk through because he provides so many great suggestions!) He took many pictures during his evaluation, and when he and his partner returned just prior to the listing with furniture and accent pieces, the end result was beautiful. They highlighted the best features of each of the rooms with just the right sized furniture, the perfect color accents, amazing "focus" pieces. Like Chuck said, you want prospective buyers to be able to see the possibilities of the room, and how it would work for them. Brite Ideas did a fantastic job staging my small Tahoe Park home, the house was very small at 850 sq. ft. but the careful choosing of the furniture done by Tony of Brite Ideas gave the potential buyers a great concept of layout and how the buyer can choose the best furniture for ultimate functionality with its tight and small design. I happened to discoverd Brite Ideas via Yelp and was blown away with everything they did for our home's interior! In a nutshell, we were pleased with Chuck's (owner): (1) unbelieveable COMMUNICATION, (2) fantastic SUGGESTIONS, (3) quality CRAFTSMANSHIP, and (4) ALWAYS being on time.
