Brite Ideas is professional, prompt, great value for the cost! I always ask for 3 -5 bids before hiring any vendor. With Chuck, I didn't have to fill out any lengthy questionnaire, choose from various packages, or haggle. He clear pricing, he was straight-forward. We had Chuck come over to provide a free estimate last year in 2012. In every room he walked through, he gave us incredibly valuable advice not only for personal interior design but also for home staging. His insights were so helpful and appreciated which we employed when trying to sell our house. Due to the market we decided to sell this year instead. So in February, we knew we had to have Chuck stage. He and Tony came over, did a final quick walk-through and scheduled a staging. His photographer (which can be included in the service for a minimal cost) gave us the link to the photos within hours! In turn, this enabled our listing agent to post them up on MLS that evening. That same weekend, we had hundreds of visitors during our Open House! Needless to say, within 5 days we received several offers. We close escrow this week. Chuck does have many friends in the real estate business so it really helps when he can also let his sphere of network know that a house is up for sale! Now we'll ask Chuck to do some interior design consulting for us in the near future. You'll find his costs more than reasonable (the value of this is far more than what he charges). You'll find Chuck completely professional, responsive to my plethora of questions and wonderful! Thanks Chuck! read more

Tony has staged 3 homes for me and never disappoints! The colors, tasteful furniture and accents all come together beautifully. I highly recommend him if you're looking to stage. Thank you Tony. read more

Just wow!! Debbie was our stager, and she made our home POP!! Our ranch-style home is not modern-looking, nor does it have a formal feel. Debbie was able to mix classic styles with a modern flair and bring out the best in every room she staged. I was fortunate to meet The owner of the company when he came to help with the de-staging, and had a wonderful time learning about his business and his obvious passion for it. The money we spent to stage this home was well worth it, because in the difficult Coronavirus era, extra paperwork and requirements need to be met in order to tour a home. The photos of this beautifully staged home helped us get 4 offers in 2 days, and sell for well over our asking price. read more

My mother died unexpectedly earlier this year, and I had to sell my childhood home. Brite Ideas Home Staging absolutely transformed the space and made the house bright and open. The price was also very competitive based on staging costs that I've paid in the past. Although it was emotionally hard to sell my childhood home, the team at Brite Ideas Home Staging did a wonderful job and I couldn't have been more pleased. read more

Just closed the sale of my listing. Used Brite Ideas and Charles for staging the home. Charles was easy to reach and got the home setup quickly. The home looked great! Seller was very pleased. That Friday, home was on the market, by Sunday had 9 offers and sold in 11 days way over asking. I think much of the appeal was due to the homey feel that the furnishings imparted to the home. The home was quickly destaged in a timely manner and left just the way it was found. Thank you Charles and Brite Ideas for helping make the sale of my listing such a success! Would definitely use them again and refer to others. John Real Estate Agent read more

I can only speak on the delivery from Brite Ideas Home Staging of what was purchased because I wasn't present when my SO and my MIL made the transactions. It was a rough first impression but a good one none-the-less. My SO and MIL had told me they just happened to be driving by when they saw some furniture for sale by a staging company. I guess they sell their staging furniture to the public only a couple times a year(?). Anyways, bragging about the bargain they just got for (2) sofas and a queen bed, I was told it would be delivered on Monday. After keeping a look out all day, my SO calls to let me know Brite Ideas Home Staging got really busy and was unable to deliver. This was between 4-5pm when they called. Still no biggie, I don't sweat the small stuff. Come Tuesday morning around 7am, wide awake after being told delivery is ETA between 7-8am. It was more like 9am when they did arrive. Upon greeting, they had me sign a post it note with my husband's handwriting stating there was a balance. Apparently, that's all they had. Lol. I thought it was funny because it was my SO's handwriting, undeniably so. The two guys were able to move in the furniture so quickly, being cautious of the frames on the walls and professional. I definitely have to check out the actual warehouse because I love our new sofas and my MIL loves her bed! read more

I can't say enough how grateful I am for the beautiful staging Brite Ideas did for my listing in Elk Grove. We were only on the market for 3 days before accepting an offer for $62k over ask price! I know this was only possible because of Tony and his team at Brite Ideas Home Staging. I hope to have another listing in the area soon so I can use them again! Thank you so much for the great service. read more

I bought a condo in Downtown in late December of last year, but it did (and still does) need some updating and TLC - and also I felt overwhelmed with where to begin. Upon our first meeting - I knew Chuck was knowledgeable, realistic, affordable, honest, and was willing to listen to my input. Did I mention affordable!?? He takes your input as well, and is honest if he doesn't think it will work. He is quick to note if there is a problem area and what can be done to resolve it. In my case, he's given us some clear direction with paint color, blinds, and furniture ideas...he can do it all from the paint, to the blind selection, to the furniture shopping - but in our case we did the painting, and shopping and ran things by him for his input. It all depends on how much you want to spend and how much freedom you prefer as well. The second bedroom is now a happy music room, with a work area - and the living room no longer looks like a music library. Of course, the condo is not complete yet - but I will continue to use Chuck's services. read more

In an effort to quickly sell my home I called upon Brite Ideas to advise in creating the best possible impression and use of space in my home. Within a few days of our initial consultation, Chuck Wood of Brite Ideas transformed my home into an amazing showcase that truly proved to make the difference in selling my home quickly in today's market. I strongly encourage sellers to take advantage of Brite Ideas' professional skills and artistic ability. Thanks Chuck! read more

I recently had my midtown home on the market. For the listing, my realtor referred me to Brite Ideas for staging. Chuck and his wonderful partner (sorry, forgot name!) are amazing- they transformed my living room (first impression when prospective buyers first come in the house!), and my entire basement (a separate apartment) into show pieces! Chuck spent at least an hour going through each room of my house suggesting what I could do myself to keep the rental cost of the staging down (ie., some decluttering, but mostly rearranging, some additional pictures, a little painting, etc). He didn't come across as "you must do this" but rather, suggestions, and they all made such good sense! (have a pad and pen with you during the walk through because he provides so many great suggestions!) He took many pictures during his evaluation, and when he and his partner returned just prior to the listing with furniture and accent pieces, the end result was beautiful. They highlighted the best features of each of the rooms with just the right sized furniture, the perfect color accents, amazing "focus" pieces. Like Chuck said, you want prospective buyers to be able to see the possibilities of the room, and how it would work for them. I had made most of the changes Chuck suggested prior to them coming with their pieces. Once they were through setting up, they went back to their warehouse and returned with a few more pieces to just complete the perfect look for two of the rooms I changed. No extra cost! I highly recommend Brite Ideas! read more

Brite Ideas did a fantastic job staging my small Tahoe Park home, the house was very small at 850 sq. ft. but the careful choosing of the furniture done by Tony of Brite Ideas gave the potential buyers a great concept of layout and how the buyer can choose the best furniture for ultimate functionality with its tight and small design. The sale of the house could of been in three hours but our real estate agent insisted we wait until the end weekend to accept an offer. I know the staging brought me the dollar amount I was asking for the house. Those that walked through the home were so impressed by the furniture used for the staging that they were asking to buy the furniture too, it was that well designed. Thanks Tony and Chuck of Brite Ideas! You rock! read more

We are in the process of selling 6 rental homes we have owned for a number of years. Tony with Brite Ideas has staged 3 and they are amazing. All 3 sold within 1 week for above asking price and we believe the staging definitely contributed to this success. Tony is staging another next Tuesday and we can't wait to see what he does. Thanks Tony. You rock! read more

I happened to discoverd Brite Ideas via Yelp and was blown away with everything they did for our home's interior! In a nutshell, we were pleased with Chuck's (owner): (1) unbelieveable COMMUNICATION, (2) fantastic SUGGESTIONS, (3) quality CRAFTSMANSHIP, and (4) ALWAYS being on time. Like many people, we are constantly looking for the best businesses to do business with and Brite Ideas is one of the BEST...ever! Our house was due for a makeover and have seen how a fairly nice home could become a knock-out through staging. We though rather than hire an expensive interior designer, why not seek out someone that knows how to re-do a home and have it POP the moment a friend opened the front door, all without having to take out a 2nd. (The most frequent words heard as people enter our home are either "Wow", or "I love this")....not bad for a mid to upper-end home. Chuck's desire to help us create a warm and inviting atmosphere along with a splash of style & personality was refreshing. He listened when we said that our tastes were this side of "Beige-ville" and that we'd need his input to take us to the next step...and it worked. We have rooms that look so great - many by just adding a coat of paint - that we find ourselves often just standing in the doorway and admiring a room as we would an intriguing painting in a museum (we are recent empty nesters so we have non-used kid's rooms). More often we find ourselves turning off the TV, putting on some music or picking-up a book so we can better enjoy our 'new' home. We consider Brite Ideas an outstanding business and their owner, Chuck, not only a true professional, but a new friend. read more

This week is my third experience with Brite Ideas Staging. I would not recommend anyone try to sell a property without seriously considering professional staging. The cost is far outweighed by the value in marketing a property. A few years ago I saw what Brite Ideas did to present a home in Curtis Park. The home sold quickly with top of the market pricing. The same agent suggested I use them to help present a rental property I wanted to sell this summer. It was beautiful. One open house followed by a dozen offers within days, Again a quick sale over comp prices. 6 months later I need to sell my parent's home. The dated decor, empty home was turned in to a wow experience. One weekend multiple offers. This is a case of a superb realtor, excellent staging, a talented photographer and the benefits of the internet. They helped the buyers see the potential of the properties. read more

The best stagers in Sacramento!!! I am a local Realtor in Sacramento and I have been working with Tony and Chuck for over 10 years. Consistently they provide amazing service and my clients love how they are able to transform their home into a showcase for marketing..... at a reasonable price. Staging the homes help my clients sell their homes faster and for the best price. The presentation and marketing of a home is crucial when you want to obtain the best price in your market. A home with staging and professional photography will receive a better response from buyer's than a vacant home with dull photos. Recently I listed a home that was very dated and dark inside. I recommended a list price based on the home presentation. The seller's decided to go ahead and stage the home. The staging turned out so phenomenal - the furniture, artwork and strategically placed lighting completely changed how the home presented. As a result I recommended we raise the price by $30k to see how the market would respond. In the end, we received multiple offers and sold the home for another $10k over the higher listed price. The seller's sold the home for a total of $40k more than the original price we had set. I always carry a stack of their brochures with me as I strongly recommend Tony and Chuck with Brite Ideas to all of my clients. read more
