Dr. Travis has been my primary chiropractor and he is excellent. I've been to several different chiropractors over the years and Dr. Travis is by far the best I've ever had. He developed a treatment plan for me that has worked wonders. And, he takes a very personal interest in me (as I'm sure he does with all his patients). He makes me feel like I'm his only patient. I've also had Dr. Nathan on a few occasions when my schedule didn't permit me see Dr. Travis. I got the same treatment from him as I did from Dr. Travis. Excellent team coordination. 5 stars for both doctors. The Physical Therapy team at Symmetry is equally outstanding. Dr. Zach is my primary PT and the work he did on my elbow brought almost immediate relief. He then put me on a strengthening program to prevent the elbow from having recurring problems. 5 stars for Dr. Zach for sure. Dr. Cianna and Dr. Melissa also provided elbow treatment as my schedule had me seeing each of them on occasion. They expanded on the work Dr. Zach was doing to further improve my elbow. Again, excellent team coordination. 5 stars for each of them as well. Dr. Ethan is the primary PT for my back. He started me on a program that brought instant relief. More importantly, however, he got me on a core strengthening and stabilizing program designed to prevent me from having future back problems. Dr. Ethan makes you work, but work is necessary to get good results. He's definitely a 5 star member of the Symmetry team. Finally, Emily and Mckenna are the two amazing ladies at the front desk. They are the people who do the scheduling. In my case, my personal schedule is somewhat complicated, but both Emily and Mekenna are somehow able to make it work. They both do a fantastic job, and both absolutely get 5 stars also.

I started seeing Dr. Rachel about 5 years ago for debilitating migraines. I had been under the care…read moreof a neurologist, as my migraines were very difficult to treat, even with migraine medication the meds never worked and the side effects were awful. I started with regular chiropractic adjustments every week, and it helped a lot with reducing the migraines, tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders. However, the relief was only lasting about 4-5 days, before the muscle tension would start to creep back. About a year or two of doing just chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Rachel and I discussed incorporating acupuncture with my weekly adjustments, and I cannot tell you how big of a difference that made. After about 4-6 weeks of doing acupuncture every week, the muscle tension and tightness stopped coming back. If you suffer from migraines (migraine headache with aura), you know how big of a deal that is. It was absolutely wild, because it had been years since I was able to go to bed at night and not have any pain or stiffness in my head, neck, or shoulders. And I now get to sleep like this every single night!!! Fast forward a couple more years, and I have still been getting acupuncture every single week, and for the last 11 months, I have incorporated light therapy with my weekly chiropractic and acupuncture appointments. When I tell you that my entire body has never felt more relaxed, it is almost unfathomable to believe! I have never slept better in my life until I started light therapy. It literally relaxes every muscle in my body. Any time I am sore from yard work, exercising, or anything else, a trip to the light bed melts it all away. I don't even feel the acupuncture needles anymore! The most unexpected thing to happen from doing red light therapy every week for almost a year- my hair is growing back thicker than ever. And if you were a victim of super skinny eyebrows of the 90s-00s like I was and they never grew back- my eyebrows are even growing back! So not only do I sleep like a baby every night, migraine free, and muscle pain free, but my hair is growing back better than ever! Dr. Rachel not only has the best team, but she offers some of the BEST treatments in her clinic. I honestly don't know where my health or sanity would be if it weren't for her. My split is about 90% with Dr. Erin and 10% with Dr. Amy. For that reason, my review will focus on my visits with Dr. Erin since her constant work on me has kept my body grounded and in-tact since we have developed a plan together. Finding a chiropractor has been a journey for me and as a result I have moved around and am pleased to have found a chiro that is working with me to correct my alignment.
