There was a small market for food to take home, but the two ladies in there took 5 minutes to acknowledge us and acted like they couldn't operate the telephone. ‍ The wait staff was not mean, but not nice. Food was tasty--not mind-blowing or superior to other independent burger joints in the Twin Cities, but definitely better and fresher than fast food. The CONs: Menu handwritten on dry-erase wall with no prices so you don't have the benefit of considering price of items before ordering (as in: "Am I willing to pay $X.xx for -insert item here-?) "Big E" half pound burger not prepared as ordered. Regular burgers are super small, "Big E" burger same small size but thick patty, and the orders of fries were both oversized and overpriced. Both the order size of the fries and the price should be halved. $60 got me: 1- "Big E" burger, 2-"regular" burgers, 3-orders of fries, 1-"daily special" (hamburger steak plate lunch), and no drinks. Pretty disappointed that I ultimately ended up dropping $60 on $35 (at most) worth of food at basically a glorified Coney Island.
