I loved this pharmacy. Went for a bag of vitality coffee and ended up buying all my essentials I buy off Amazon. Support local. And we didn't know they had a diner and the ladies there were so friendly and nice. The place was squeaky clean and the food looked delicious. They also have ice cream and other desserts. The establishment is small as far as the eating area goes, the fries and burger were good, but should not have ordered the double burger meal (fat patties). The staff was great and glad I took advantage of the restaurant week deal with orders being 10 dollars per menue. read more

Lately, I've been trying to ween myself off of Walmart and try to shop local. I needed only contact solution and maybe a couple greeting cards so I thought I would stop by Aron's Pharmacy to get those things. I was not, however, rewarded with comparable pricing. The small bottle of contact solution I bought for nearly twice the price it would have been at Walmart. There also was not nearly enough selection of items. Also, the customer service was not very good. I don't like to think of myself as demanding, but I do enjoy a smile and a good conversation with people, neither of which I was offered at checkout. In fact, the cashier looked like she would literally rather be doing anything else in the world than interacting with me for a few minutes at best. It did not persuade me to return. read more

Burgers were solidly good, fries were great. Grill service was friendly but a tad slow (only 2 ladies working the grill for a full house at lunch and they kept up as best they could). The old-school pharmacy grill is damn near extinct in America, so come get some while you can. The gift shop isn't cheap but it's not rediculous either, and they have some SUPER NICE STUFF. Especially lamps, for some reason. If you need a beautiful lamp, this is a surprisingly good source. Their Christmas trees and ornaments are amazing, and a good price, and starting today they're half-off, FYI. Aarons is a vestige of a bygone era. Stop by if you have a chance. read more

Never knew this place was here till a friend pointed it out. I thought what a crazy thing, a pharmacy/grill. I am not sure about the pharmacy or gift shop but I am here to tell you they make one awesome burger!!! Hand pattied burgers made by a sweet lady who has been there for 52 years!! Old fashion soda shop counter adds to the experience. Don't come with a big group, not alot of seating. Make sure to order a milk shake and ask for other options not on menu. I seen people eating burgers on jalapeño buns and some sort of waffle fries as side that were not on menu. I will be back!! read more

I live out of the state but whenever I am in Monroe I make a point of visiting Aron's. My children love to eat there. They enjoy the old fashioned counter experience. I always shop the gift department. I cannot tell you how many clever gifts I have purchased over the years. Plus they will wrap your gifts for you. Sure, their standard drug store items cost more than Wal-Mart but that is because they don't have the same economies of scale. If you want cheap prices go to Wal-Mart. If you want nice customer service, wonderful, unique gift items and yummy curly fries go to Aron's. read more

Stopped to fill mothers prescription. The pharmacist was so rude and snappy. She was rolling her eyes and i could hear her whispering and looking at me. After I asked a clerk she told me the pharmacist was Debby. I picked up an OTC item and it was expired. I put it back on the shelf. It expired in 2014.I decided to try the grill for breakfast and there were 3 hairs fried to my bacon! I lost my appetite. The gift section was over priced in my opinion and the card selection needed help!! I would give no stars, but that's not an option! read more
