I came in…read morearound 10:30 a.m. the day after Christmas with serious tooth issues, and the front office staff immediately made me feel cared for--offering ice packs and oral numbing gel while they helped me get settled. Despite having a completely full schedule, they went above and beyond to make room for me and complete extensive work, including a tooth extraction, bone graft, and creating a replacement flipper so I didn't have to leave without a tooth. The lab team even stayed late to finish my flipper. I truly can't express how thankful and grateful I am for the time, effort, and genuine compassion the entire team showed me. Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Hester were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job. However, the person who truly made the biggest impact on my experience was the dental assistant, Cindy. She was phenomenal--handling X-rays, multiple impressions, and thoroughly explaining everything along the way. Her passion for her job truly showed, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The fact that the entire office stayed until 6 p.m. the day after Christmas just to make sure I was taken care of speaks volumes about their dedication.
