His care for my child really stands apart from the other practitioners we've seen over the years, including the very top MAPS- certified doctors in the country. Through my journey I have gained a lot of expertise in the biomedical treatment of autism symptoms and I can say that his recommendations are the best there is. His reports are very detailed and thorough. The supplements he recommends are the very best in terms of quality, but also from the perspective of ease of administration for a child. Now, if this is your first biomedical consult, you might be overwhelmed by the number of supplements he recommends. The way I look at it is he puts everything on the table so you can take over as Dr. Mom/Dad. This saves you money. Other practitioners might make things simple by offering one supplement recommendation per visit, but you have to keep going back to pay them more. The most important thing is my child is making real progress! Family, friends, teachers and therapists are commenting that they see the difference. I'm also grateful to Dr. Nik for pushing me to try S2C. I didn't really believe him, but it turns out he was right. My child is a brilliant speller!!!!

I brought my 17 year old son to see Dr.Olson to help with his anxiety. Within minutes of being in…read morethe room my son felt comfortable, it was a completely different experience for him than the western medical services he has experienced. He went into depth with HIM about what's going on and was listened to by Dr.Olson. After he ran some tests and came up with a plan for treatment I could see that my son felt better just from the assurance he got. We left the room and he said "that was so cool, he actually listened to me" and thanked me for bringing him. We got some tinctures and powders to help FIX the root of the problem not mask it with something he will be prescribed for the rest of his life. If you have a child and are looking to help them I highly recommend taking him here. After having such a great experience I also made an appointment for myself. Worth every single penny.

He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr (which 95% of us have in our system). Saw the test results of this toxic fungal infection and told me not to take the anti fungals I'd been prescribed, so the condition got worse and worse.....second visit I asked him why I was peeing so much, he had no idea. I had an Internist friend look into the many tinctures I was sold and she said there were diuretics in 3 or 4 of them, not what someone who is thin and losing weight from illness needs! I spent waaaaaaay too much money here and they just expect you to pay for whatever is in the bag they hand you without going over it. I got wise the second visit and opened it before I left and started pulling unnecessary tinctures etc out. I originally went in for adrenal issues. When I emailed Dr. Olson about all this, I got no response at all.

Too many fingers in the pie and too many people telling you what to do with your health care with completely different directions . I was told by Cheryl they would reimburse me for their mistake .. this was over a week ago !! I am still waiting !! Stay far far away from this clinic !! It's all about the money !!

It has been 14 days since my appointment, and I still have not received the information I was supposed to get about my medication. The staff was supposed to send it, but never did. I even called to follow up, and still nothing has been provided. What makes this even more frustrating is that this office does not work with any insurance, so you are required to pay a very high fee upfront. For the amount being charged, I expected much better communication and follow-through. This lack of organization and responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important health matters. A good doctor alone is not enough when the office staff fails to support patients properly. I hope they improve their processes, because patients should not have to chase down essential information after paying so much out of pocket.

I went to Dr. Gonda for nearly 3 years. The entire experience has always been an unorganized mess…read more Multiple times I've had an appointment with him, which are few and far between here in Nevada, and he just doesn't show up. I'll email him, and he said "Sorry I must not have put the appointment in my calendar." Mind you, his office is 40 mins from my house, so it was incredibly inconvenient. Over the years our relationship devolved into "Skype" appointments, which were better because if he just "forgot," at least I'm not driving 40 mins there and back for no reason. If feels to me that he's just doing it for the cash. He claimed to do talk therapy, which I tried a few times, but mostly he talked about himself, it was bizarre. Then our relationship devolved further into me just writing him a paragraph email. I had emailed him and asked if I could increase a medication because I was feeling stressed about a change in life, and he wanted to see me in person. We scheduled an appointment on a weekend (I usually work weekends, it happened to be a weekend when I had PTO). The day before the appointment he canceled due to a "death in the family." I'm empathetic to that. However, when trying to reschedule, he would only do weekend appointments. I informed him that I work on weekends. He told me that "normal" people are able to get a few hours off to attend an appointment. I'm a nurse, you can't just "take a few hours off," as we are literally taking care of human beings, and who would take care of them for a few hours for an appointment lol. I explained this to him. He told me to call out of work. I explained that I only get 4 call outs per year (ONLY FOUR, and I work with the sickest of the sick lol) and that I have a 3 year old, and I didn't want to use one of my callouts in case my child were to get sick or for an emergency. I'd be forced to use my PTO and one of my FOUR call outs just to make an appointment because he cancelled ours. I told him this, and he told me I could either call off work, or find a new provider lol. You don't have to tell me twice, buddy! I have insurance, I went to him for convenience. I just warn others about his personality. Other reviewers point out the fact that he will "fire" clients when he does something wrong. It's bizarre. He should not be working with people for mental health, as he doesn't seem to be all that stable. I don't know if it's because he's a washed-out doc or what. Anyways, I know there's a lack of providers out there, but for all that is good, avoid this guy. He doesn't care about you, he doesn't want to check in on you, and he doesn't want to be inconvenienced by you. There's plenty of other providers that actually take insurance or work on a sliding scale, and they will care about your well-being, your circumstances, and your time.
