They take walkins and the place looks clean and they open on Sundays. The only thing that caught me off guard is that they ask you to pay first. Not sure why. Anywhere that makes you pay first know they are going to provide bad service. The lady who gave me a massage used her elbow and dug into the knot in my shoulder and moved it more to my neck instead of massaging it down. I woke up today in more pain than I was in. My friend got a massage and the lady lightly rubbed lotion on her and took an extremely long time to grab a towel to wipe the oil off and never had her turn over on her back. The knots she has are still there. Then at the end they pressure you for a $20 tip which I way more than 20% and definitely not worth the service. Just because this place is open late doesn't mean it's worth it. Wish I waited for the morning and went somewhere else.

I called on May 24 and was booked for 2pm today. They turned us away. They lied and said the Groupon was only valid for morning appointments. Total lie since it doesn't say that on the Groupon deal either. They lied to me over the phone and now I have no gift for my husband on his friggin birthday. If I could give them negative stars I would! Since the owner replied back to my one star review on Google and lied in their reply, here's a screenshot that I did indeed call them. If the call was recorded, I'd happily share that as well.

I said I wanted an hour. I said I would go somewhere else. They were speaking in mandarin and the older lady said just give her an hr. I speak mandarin so i intercepted and made sure she understood me. The younger girl then made me pay for an hour $80 with a $5 credit card fee and I tipped $20 on top of that before the massage. It started at 8.02pm, I know that because right when she started my phone rang. For 30 mins she just applied minimum pressure , no massage skills at all. Just press here press there. She turnt me over after 35 mins and did a neck massage for 5 mins and during that the cameras in the room Showed a gentleman come in the front door she spent a few mins looking into the camera the next thing I know she kinda touched my kegs and said we were done. She ran outside to another room came back gave me a water. I looked at my phone it said 8.45. I didn't get my full hour and I didn't feel I had a massage at all. Just a rub down with lotion. Very disappointed at the service. She wasn't rude but I could tell she rather massage a man. She was dressed low cut top, full face makeup ready to service. I know what I'm talking about I'm a grown Asian lady in my 40s. Had massages done all over the world. U want real massage go somewhere else. I saw two other older ladies maybe they were the real deal. But not the girl who massaged me I was too exhausted to even complain or say anything. It's the end of the day I'm a mom of 4 kids. A waste of my $105 on nothing.

When I went in there is a sign on the wall with a section that looks like it is foot massage pricing. Above the questionable pricing is a piece of tape covering up the words 'foot massage'. When I asked for a foot massage I was told 'No more, only full body'. I wouldn't have an issue with this if full body wasn't almost double the price. Since it is, the advertising on the website needs to be fixed. It is not okay to advertise a service that is usually less expensive than a full body massage, and then when your customer takes the time to come down and give you money for said advertised service, you tell them 'no more'. If 'no more', then 'no more' advertising for service that is 'no more'. I do not believe this is debatable and is reasonable to ask for this to not happen to me or anyone. One of two things can get this review updated to 5 stars: 1. Please remove the foot massage label on your website. Once this is complete, please reach out to me here and I would be happy to update this to a five star review as other than this issue, your business appears to be a nice place to visit and relax. It would be minimal effort for your webmaster to remove the foot massage service from the site. Look forward to hearing back. 2. Or...reach out to me to offer the full body massage for 30 minutes for $30 which would match the price of the incorrectly advertised service. Please let me know if you believe this is unreasonable and if so, please let me clearly know why you think so. I am very fair and always open for win/win scenarios. Respectfully

This place is so disgusting…read more I was looking for a massage place nearby that offered same day and found this spot and they had online booking. I show up to my appointment and the woman at the front seemed confused then made a call then walked me into the first room. She's spraying alcohol/disinfectant in the air then says ok and points me to the table and walks out. So I begin to get undressed. Then a few seconds later walks right back in, without knocking, while I'm without a top, meanwhile leaving the door to the room open which is right infront of their open front door facing the waiting area???? Then she's over here having me lay down telling me to take my pants off while this door is open. And tells me to lay there for a couple of minutes and walks out. More than 5 minutes pass, and I'm looking at the clock because I was set for a 6pm for 60 minutes, so it's 6:15 and no one is in here. Then I turn and the door is OPEN! And there is no receptionist at the front. So whoever walks in first will see me laying there. I just didn't feel comfortable getting a massage by anyone there after that and got dressed and walked out. By the time I get in my car to leave, the lady that was attending comes out and keeps coming towards my car that is already moving??? There isn't even a fee for cancelling or no shows so I don't understand why she had to follow me towards the parking lot. Just really bad customer service. Would never suggest this place to someone.
