I had scheduled an appointment at the Fredericksburg location at 107 Kenmore Ave. Suite 110. When I arrived for my confirmed appointment, the suite was locked, the lights were completely off, and no one was inside. I called three or four times and left detailed voicemails with my contact information to figure out what went wrong. It is now the following day, and I still have not received a call or email back. To make matters worse, I am left wondering if my card was charged for a service I never received. I have video proof of the locked, empty suite along with my appointment confirmation. This is the first bad review that I've ever posted, and I hate being that person- but a total lack of communication and showing up to a closed business is unacceptable. I ended up going to Medical Massage on Butler Road in Stafford County and they were able to squeeze me in. I had the most incredible experience there! If anyone else has experienced this with Sageworks please let me know how you were able to contact management.
