However, my gel manicure is a huge disappointment. It took much longer than usual, which I chalked up to my tech paying attention to detail. It looked great when it was finished, so I wasn't complaining. That was on Sunday. By Tuesday, the polish was fading away at the edges. It's Friday, and the polish has chipped, lifted, and PEELED. I have never had a gel manicure last for less than a week -- it was pricey, so that is a huge bummer.

I had Patricia work on my neck, shoulders, and back for four consecutive weeks (30-minute sessions), and I am finally pain-free! Besides her incredible skill and knowledge as a massage therapist, Patricia is kind, empathetic, and truly listens to her clients. She takes the time to understand where you're hurting and tailors each session to your specific needs instead of giving a generic massage. Her professionalism, caring nature, and healing touch make every visit worthwhile. I cannot recommend Patricia highly enough. If you're dealing with chronic pain or simply need an exceptional massage, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her. She has made such a difference in my quality of life, and I am so grateful I found her!

I am deeply disappointed to write this because I had read so many outstanding reviews from this…read moreplace. I had scheduled an appointment at the Fredericksburg location at 107 Kenmore Ave. Suite 110. When I arrived for my confirmed appointment, the suite was locked, the lights were completely off, and no one was inside. I called three or four times and left detailed voicemails with my contact information to figure out what went wrong. It is now the following day, and I still have not received a call or email back. To make matters worse, I am left wondering if my card was charged for a service I never received. I have video proof of the locked, empty suite along with my appointment confirmation. This is the first bad review that I've ever posted, and I hate being that person- but a total lack of communication and showing up to a closed business is unacceptable. I ended up going to Medical Massage on Butler Road in Stafford County and they were able to squeeze me in. I had the most incredible experience there! If anyone else has experienced this with Sageworks please let me know how you were able to contact management.
