The Bottom Line - Professional, Timely and Extremely Good Customer Service…read more The Experience- I'm a small business owner that needed someone to not only help me better understand all of my options for Tax Preparation but also needed help lifting the load of catching up on several years of filling. Osaghae Associated very plainly laid out a game plan to complete the work, understood how to best help me personally and then in a very timely manner completed the work. I saved a lot of time and worry by allowing professionals to take care of this work for me so that I can do the things that operate my business. 10/10 I will be using them in all tax and consulting services moving forward!

Machero should be rated as Chicago's best Mac repair store…read more Its a class act like this among all the sneaky ones in the world that reaffirm there are good, decent, and honest people left in this world. My Mac's screen sizzled and then went dead after some water damage. I took the Mac to Apple and off course those self serving geniuses immediately told me my Mac is history and I would need to rebuild the entire circuit board for 900.00 or get a new computer. I was bummed and did nothing for month until I realized there is life outside apple care. So I called a few places on yelp and didn't get some good vibes. Most of them wanted to charge me non refundable fees to see if they can fix it and some over the phone also said i needed a new circuit board. So my intuition told me to call Machero and they told me to bring it in for free estimate, no obligation. I figured worse case they would tell me what the others did about a circuit board. An hour after I brought it in, Gino tells me the only thing that was damaged was some memory chips and he can repair everything for under $100.00 total. Now, let me reiterate. I know as much about Macs as I do about astrophysics so he could have told me the bogus b.s. the other places told me and taken me to the cleaners Instead, his focus was on me as a person, not me as a number, or a receipt. Maybe if more businesses and their owners were as decent and ethical as he was, they'd be in business and not part of our financial fiasco. So let me save you time and money and headaches. Be like NIKE: Don't think, just do it, and if you have a Mac issue, bring it in for some real people skills in fixing your mechanical ones.

Gino and I got in touch because of an event I was running for FreshBooks. I needed a space and wanted to spend as little money as possible. I reached out to some of our customers in Chicago and Gino was SO awesome to get back to me super quickly and offer up his space to host our workshop. He worked with me to secure catering, audio-visuals and anything else I needed. Srsly -- ANYTHING! I needed a bunch of chairs and rental places weren't down with renting only 50. He got in touch with a nearby church and helped us arrange a donation to its after school program. AND helped me carry and drive over the chairs throughout one of the city's first snowfalls of the year. Incredible. Gino was the best host ever and I'm basically spoiled for out-of-town events for the rest of my life. Best dude. Best.

SHE SAVED MY BUSINESS!! I cannot begin to tell you how much help Cherie has given my suffering…read moresalon, and what a huge improvement hiring her has made on my day-to-day operations. In the midst of a pandemic with crushing government restrictions on the salon industry, fewer and fewer established clients were coming. Worse, very few new clients were finding me since I'd moved to a new location. I was terrified that -- after 26 successful years in business -- I was going to go under. Cherie patiently listened to all my worries, and came right away to examine my salon. She made brilliant suggestions on how I could affordably and immediately improve its storefront and its inside appearance, and reviewed my marketing materials. She wrote an easy-to-read recovery plan of everything I needed to do, and told me in what order she and I would complete each project on the list. Then, she looked at my old-fashioned website. In less than a week she gave me a beautiful, modern website that was better than I could have ever dreamed! Not only was it beautiful but it was savvy: now people could find me easily, call me easily, and even find parking in the area. There's even a way now for people to sign up for a mailing list. Next, she fixed my very slow computer -- so now everything is up-to-date and it's very easy for me to use. She also fixed my internet at the salon so now it's lightening fast -- and she got my monthly internet bill lowered too! She even taught me how to use the computer properly, and linked everything to my iPhone and iPad. She sorted out all my email inboxes, so now I only have to use one. It's just all so easy now. Next she focused on me making more money. She created a mailing list of all my lost old clients from my former location, and wrote a beautiful marketing email to them that helped me recapture over 40 clients! Cherie worked within my budget and created a payment plan that I could afford. She continues to check in on me long after all the changes and improvements have been made -- a true class act. I trust her recommendations without question, and I highly recommend her. The best experience ever!
