GMS Air Conditioning , LLC…read more My home is less than seven months old, and I am already dealing with rust issues related to the HVAC system. The company that installed the HVAC was contacted for warranty service, but instead of standing behind its workmanship, I was told they do not work for free and that I needed to take the matter up with the builder, even though they installed the system less than seven months ago. The service call itself was extremely disappointing. The technician arrived, opened the indoor HVAC unit, looked at the problem, closed it back up, and left without making any repairs or attempting to correct the issue. Nothing was resolved. As a disabled United States Army veteran, I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received excuses, finger-pointing, and a refusal to honor what should be a straightforward warranty claim on a brand-new home. A warranty should mean something. Customers should not be forced with a subcontractor while trying to avoid responsibility. Stand behind your workmanship, honor your warranty obligations, and send qualified technicians who are willing and able to perform the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Run, Run and look for another company GHO homes did what they were supposed to do , Builders do no use this company as contractors. Services A/C system repair

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, pleasant, honest, and completely upfront about what was actually wrong with my unit. I had already had two other repairmen inspect my compressor, and both told me that it needed to be replaced. They were prepared to charge me approximately $12,000 for a new compressor and installation. Thankfully, I called this company and Tracy came out to take a closer look. Tracy took the time to properly inspect the unit, explained everything to me in great detail, and determined that I did NOT need a new compressor. He also explained that I didn't need the "hot air pump" that the other two companies had tried to sell me. What impressed me most was that Tracy never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He could have easily gone along with the other companies' recommendations, but instead, he was honest and focused on solving the actual problem. His expertise and integrity saved me $12,000. It's rare these days to find someone who is this honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the right thing for the customer. I truly appreciate Tracy taking the time to thoroughly inspect my system and explain everything so clearly. Thank you, Tracy, for your honesty and excellent service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an A/C professional they can actually trust!
