Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. Copeland had replaced the roof on our house before we owned it. It was not very old, but shingles…read morehad peeled up and the front half was replaced under warranty before we could move in. The back half has no drip edge and with the recent wind a shingle had ripped off because it was not nailed in the nailing strip causing it to fail. When requesting someone to come and take a look they just emailed me and said there is no warranty and a quote to replace 1 shingle for $285. I let them know it was done incorrectly and they told me "I will note your decline of the proposal in our records." Terrible work and worse customer service.
