As first gen homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and wanted to make sure we worked with someone who truly had our best interests. From day one, Matthew exceeded every expectation. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and he never once made us feel rushed into choosing a home or submitting an offer we were not completely comfortable with. Whenever we sent him a list of homes we wanted to see, he was quick to schedule appointments and often put together routes of open houses for us to visit. My husband and I both work during the week, so our schedules were limited, but Matthew was incredibly accommodating. He consistently made time for us on weekends and even holidays so we could continue our home search. Throughout the entire process, Matthew was honest, communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Toward the end of our search thanks to him we had two offers accepted in the same weekend and were able to choose the home that was the best fit for our family. We truly believe we would not be in our current home without Matthew. His negotiation skills were exceptional, and he was able to secure more than $20,000 in closing credits for us. We have already recommended Matthew to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to his clients. We could not be happier with our experience and wish him nothing but continued success. Any client would be lucky to have him as their realtor.

We began the process in late August 2025 and were signing paperwork for our dream home in Whittier just two months later. We felt supported and cared for throughout the whole process and even now almost a year later we are still in communication if we have any questions about paperwork that comes our way or if we need recommendations for contractors in our area. We even had an unfortunate incident in where the previous owners scratched the hardwood floors as they moved out but Josh and Steve were relentless until the problem was resolved. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the non stop open houses we did in the weekends to the late night questions, we felt supported through it at all. Thank you again. We are living in an answered prayer. - Andrew and Jocelyn

Followed up through Zillow app and informed him we were interested in home. His response was a generic auto reply to which I informed him we had called twice and left two voicemails providing all requested information. Then proceeds to only respond via text message. Mind you, sends ONE text a day. Requested personal information from us. Pay stubs, photo id's, credit information, bank statements. Information was sent over to which he did not respond to until the following day because WE reached out again asking what the status was. He responds A DAY LATER stating he was just now viewing the email. We called again this morning requesting a status update because we are interested, have the deposit available and would like to schedule a viewing of the home, to which he responds he would like my mother and I BOTH to be present for the viewing. Informed him my mother travels a lot for work and she is out of state at the moment. Offered to have her on FaceTime during the walkthrough to which he said no. I then requested to speak to the home owner to which he said "not going to happen. Do not contact me again" I'm sorry, but I don't see what we did wrong? We were extremely interested in a home that would be a great fit for our family which we meet ALL requirements for Jeff to behave in such an unprofessional and unresponsive and disrespectful manner.
