He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. My…read morefamily was extremely interested in renting a home in Downey, attempted calling to speak to Jeff and call was always sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail , no response. Followed up through Zillow app and informed him we were interested in home. His response was a generic auto reply to which I informed him we had called twice and left two voicemails providing all requested information. Then proceeds to only respond via text message. Mind you, sends ONE text a day. Requested personal information from us. Pay stubs, photo id's, credit information, bank statements. Information was sent over to which he did not respond to until the following day because WE reached out again asking what the status was. He responds A DAY LATER stating he was just now viewing the email. We called again this morning requesting a status update because we are interested, have the deposit available and would like to schedule a viewing of the home, to which he responds he would like my mother and I BOTH to be present for the viewing. Informed him my mother travels a lot for work and she is out of state at the moment. Offered to have her on FaceTime during the walkthrough to which he said no. I then requested to speak to the home owner to which he said "not going to happen. Do not contact me again" I'm sorry, but I don't see what we did wrong? We were extremely interested in a home that would be a great fit for our family which we meet ALL requirements for Jeff to behave in such an unprofessional and unresponsive and disrespectful manner. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. If you are a home owner and trust this man to rent your home be aware of how disrespectful and unprofessional he treats potential tenants. Unbelievable.
