He also connected us with a team of contractors who helped us renovate and get the house ready to sell, which made a huge difference. The market wasn't exactly easy, but our home was on the market for less than two weeks before we got an offer. We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

We began the process in late August 2025 and were signing paperwork for our dream home in Whittier just two months later. We felt supported and cared for throughout the whole process and even now almost a year later we are still in communication if we have any questions about paperwork that comes our way or if we need recommendations for contractors in our area. We even had an unfortunate incident in where the previous owners scratched the hardwood floors as they moved out but Josh and Steve were relentless until the problem was resolved. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the non stop open houses we did in the weekends to the late night questions, we felt supported through it at all. Thank you again. We are living in an answered prayer. - Andrew and Jocelyn

Followed up through Zillow app and informed him we were interested in home. His response was a generic auto reply to which I informed him we had called twice and left two voicemails providing all requested information. Then proceeds to only respond via text message. Mind you, sends ONE text a day. Requested personal information from us. Pay stubs, photo id's, credit information, bank statements. Information was sent over to which he did not respond to until the following day because WE reached out again asking what the status was. We called again this morning requesting a status update because we are interested, have the deposit available and would like to schedule a viewing of the home, to which he responds he would like my mother and I BOTH to be present for the viewing. Informed him my mother travels a lot for work and she is out of state at the moment. Offered to have her on FaceTime during the walkthrough to which he said no. I then requested to speak to the home owner to which he said "not going to happen. Do not contact me again" I'm sorry, but I don't see what we did wrong?
