I usually shop in person, but for large items that do not fit in my vehicle, I shop online for local delivery. The employees have served us promptly and politely. The furniture is built to be reasonably priced, so it is not a high quality. For example, many years ago I bought a couch, and it lasted only months before foam fell out! As a result, I will never again buy a coach here, or any other important furniture such as beds, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Instead, the furniture that I usually buy from IKEA is bookcases and desks. I own several IKEA bookcases. I do not like that the bookcases with doors tip over, but I do like the quality of the bookcases without doors. I like the metal bookcases over the engineered-wood bookcases because they are water-resistant. Sometimes I buy some small home goods such as bath mats, which are a very good quality and have a low price. IKEA also sells other home goods such as kitchenware, light fixtures, storage containers, artificial plants, and pet toys. This IKEA also contains a restaurant. I recently ate lunch there, and I rate the foods as 4 stars.

The store was not difficult to navigate as I looked up the locations of my planned items beforehand. It is quite large, so keep that in mind when you visit. I opted to focus on the items I needed and was there for two hours. I would have been burnt out if I had window shopped as well, so I will return another time to do that for smaller items. Many prices were low to average, which was great. I also enjoyed their restaurant which had great prices as well. The only downside was that the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked, but not horrible.

They will rip you off and not do any work. And then when you take em to small claims they won't pay. Cuz someone is broke and not paying their insurance premiums. I don't know how the truth I spoke on here got taken down but I bet it's because it hit too close to home. Again, use ANY other company unless you want to be swindled out of a crap load of money!!! Wonder why there's only good reviews? The owner flags em so people think this is a good company. It's not. Wish I hadn't gotten mixed up with this place.

Well the crew from LVL has had our house for two and a half months - it was a transformation from the basement to the roof. It is beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the work- it is unbeatable. They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls. They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. The problem is then the left the house unfinished, never completing it. Six months later- their electrical work caused a house fire. Repeated attempts to rectify the issues failed until the owner of LaVillaLux just stopped talking to us altogether. Not the best way to do business. Really sad at the outcome.

Sent some handyman to install our simple LVP flooring for a very small kitchen and the guy was clueless. He didn't have a clue what he was doing, like he never has done it before! Mark sends his nephew over to be the "supervisor". He walks in the house with his girlfriend, introduces himself & says his girlfriend needs to use the bathroom!! Who does that? Leave your girlfriend at home! Then he sent her to the car where she sat for hours waiting for him! This handyman & nephew spent literally all day trying to get one row of planks down. They would not stay together. So after hours of trying they decide the floor isn't level so they call the big boss Mark Davis who tells them to go to Home Depot to get some floor leveling. They return, pour the floor leveling all over the kitchen floor and leave with the understanding they will return in the morning after it's dried to finish. We get a call from Mark just a few hours after the guys left our house saying the handyman won't be returning in the morning! He literally just said he's not coming back, NO reason why! Mark then precedes to say he doesn't have anyone who can come finish it in the next few days or even weeks! We had our cupboards, counters, fridge and the rest of our kitchen in our dining room and clumps of leveling stuff all over the floor, the kitchen was basically not useable and he really didn't care and got ignorant on the phone when we insisted he find someone to finish the job and make it right! He said there's nothing he can do and hung up! We reached out on social media for help and got a REAL professional who came in 3 days and finished the entire job in less time than Mark's clueless men spent trying to get 1 row to stay down! Our floor is now BEAUTIFUL! RESEARCH THIS COMPANY FIRST!! I ONLY WISH WE DID!!

Instead subs out the work to whoever he and his nephew Michael Skoncey can find. Unreliable and sub/par worker, late every day and worked minimal hours. Three hours one day 2 1/2 another, and 5 hours the third day. Also added nearly $100 worth of personal supplies on my credit card when I authorized the purchase of paint via phone with the paint store. I terminated the contract, lost some up front money but had to, to get rid of this sham "business". To add insult to injury their employee's car leaked a large amount of power steering fluid onto my new (4 month old) concrete driveway.

I wasn't sure how the rebuild should be done, but I had a few ideas. Jason was an excellent sounding board. I laid out my top priorities and how I thought they could be handled. He was easy to collaborate with, and whenever we hit practical limits to my vision, he was honest, clear, and quick to propose workable alternatives. His team showed up when they said they would and cleaned up every day, which made a big difference while living in the house during the job. They were also accommodating and able to work around four other projects I was managing in the house at the same time. The project did run a little longer than expected, but it was a negligible trade-off for the result: a bathroom that genuinely feels like something out of a magazine. What started as a plan to gain a bit of space and fix aging plumbing ended in something much better. I actually love taking showers again. Jason and his team delivered, big time. Only thing left now is saving enough to get him to do the rest of my house.
