Posted the project on Yelp, and had several responses. None but MaxTech actually came to visit and do a site survey so they fully understood what needed to be done. There was never one company that stood out from the rest. There were either very high installation fees or DYI installation with cheap products and always very mixed reviews. I was starting to get pretty desperate but luckily stumbled across Home Star Protection on yelp. I never thought I would rave about an alarm system but can't stop telling everyone we know how great Home Star Protection is. Tim was great at explaining everything and only sold us what we absolutely needed. Having that initial consultation really sold us on the company. Jes was very professional throughout the installation process and took his time reviewing the entire system to us. I love that they use the current system your house already has and just upgrade it as needed. I feel so secure having this system. The alarm.com app and mymoni.com are very easy to use and offer a lot of great options. It's nice to know there are still good companies out there that won't try to take advantage of their customers. You will not regret choosing this company. Thank you so much Home Star!!
