I am abundantly grateful for the cancer care facility and the oncologist handling my case. This truly is first class care. I have a number of conditions that i have scheduled for care and i feel so blessed to receive care 15 minutes from my home.. I was able to obtain a primary care physician 2 weeks after arriving. Staff has been very supportive of obtaining my medical records and helped me get asap dr appts for primary care, oncology and opthomology. This truly is exceptional care. Also wait times to see drs, blood work, xrays there is very little wait time, a testament to efficiency. This facility is excellent.

ARMC employs an ER doctor who has had a mountain of malpractice lawsuits brought against him over…read morethe past 30 years at multiple facilities. This is all public record, which I went searching after his negligence almost resulted in my death. ARMC did nothing but say the doctor should have done better, then had the audacity to bill me for this visit where the doctor failed in his legal obligation to provide reasonable and competent care. I encourage others to avoid this ER, if at all possible. Any hospital that would employ such a disaster who obviously endangers patients this often either failed to do appropriate background checks or is willing to gamble with the lives of their patients. This doctor is either astonishingly incompetent or has willfully malicious intent.

My experience with Regional Cancer Center has been exceptional and first class. The associates here are highly professional and efficient yes but also very kind to us patients. Also they generate optimism and positivity in the environment with smiles and encouragement. I am elated I found this facility and hope the associates all know they are held in high esteem and I appreciate all they do for us patients.

I presented every symptom of…read morea Tetanus infection, including lockjaw, sweating , muscle spasms etc. Also my environment meets the criteria, I have a farm, where there is rust, manure etc. I also have nics and cuts on my hands etc. swollen glands on neck and arm pits. I requested an antibiotic. Dr ? Butler informed me that I was fixated on getting the antibiotics and should not be looking up my symptoms and be missinformed. He wanted do labs . He told me just because I wanted it, didn't mean I would get it. His personal opinion on the use of antibiotics is his business. He told me Tetanus is very rare and I would not be standing in front of him if I had it. I told him he does not know me, I can't allow my to lye down, my 77 year old mom lives with me and is 100 percent care in a wheelchair and no help. And according to him my vaccination was still medically good. 2017 makes 8 years. 5 years rusty 10 years clean. I know there are only 20-30 cases in the US yearly. So his opinion is flawed. He sent me away without meds of any kind. So I went and got my tetanus shot and got some doxycycline as I had some left. At day 3 I still don't have labs. And I guarantee you I would be in the ICU or dead by now. My lockjaw is getting better. This is not the first encounter I have had with him that was negative. Yet they are going to bill my insurance for a ton of money for unnecessary stuff and I didn't get any help. A cured patient is a lost customer! Food for thought!!! I will be waiting for someone to contact me and explain to me how they allow this.
