I kept the receipt and all the tags and the manager Brian refused to take it back bc it was wrinkly and apparently showed marks of wear that he pointed out where my belt marks. Highly disappointed I wasn't able to return a 120 dollar shirt. Lost a 10+ year customer.

Everything is in standard thrift store quality and there's no reason to justify selling a used Worn shirt for about $25. I know our other vintage stores are pretty bad at this as well. Staff here was very friendly and they have a good selection of apparel items, mainly a lot of dressy shirts though the selection is larger for women than it is for men. They have some good hats too I won't lie about that. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with the store or my visit.

That isn't all they sell but they also sell some used stuff as well. It's not cheap so don't expect anything to be cheap here. I go up and say hi but she didnt reply to me and immediately started scanning my items. The whole transaction felt very rushed and i was about to put in my phone number for target circle, but it seemed like i wasn't going to get the chance and almost had to ask if i would have a moment to enter it. Meanwhile another customer walked up in her line while she was still helping me, it felt like she was trying to hurry my transaction because of that. Her overall attitude just came on as super unfriendly. she never greeted me and handed me my receipt without saying a word to me. the one thing that stood out to me was that as soon as she started helping the next customer, she immediately greeted him with a hi how are you and had not offered me any of that same basic courtesy, which then made the whole interaction feel very dismissive. At the end of the day i understand retail and customer service is stressful and i don't expect anyone to be super happy but i just wish she would've been a little nicer. Overall this experience left me feeling rushed and unwelcomed.

Most of the clothes for women were very thin/see-through material but the prices were a bit high which doesn't add up to me. I unfortunately do not think staff were well managed. The line to check out was fairly long and they had 1-2 cashiers and every single person checking out had issues - including my sister. She noticed the shirt she picked had marks on it and requested to have it switched but I seen staff just standing around the store not doing much when they could have been used as backup to help the line move along.

Mathilda was the one who helped me out and went above and beyond setting up a whole outfit - really 2 - for me that I could wear out that night and even reuse for work in winter months. I was really impressed not only by Mathilda's enthusiasm and expertise but also her willingness to help and to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back to this location, especially if I need some great clothes in a hurry.
