3/14/2021 My review…read moreabout this Landscaping company is in regards to Firewood. I recently called this business to a request a face cord delivery of firewood back in November 2020. They delivered on-time a face cord of seasoned firewood on 11/20/2020 for a price of $200.00. The driver was friendly and polite and I was told they accept check or cash for payment, therefore I paid in cash for the load. I felt that the price was high yet I was told on the phone that the distance of 12 miles was added in extra for a delivery charge. SMH This business is located in Armada, Michigan off of 32 Mile Rd. which in calculation to my home off of 22 Mile Rd. equaled a total of 10 miles from business yard to my driveway. The firewood load had many large stump pieces that needed to be split and cut in order to fit inside the insert of my fireplace. Oh Well, seeing was believing plus I assumed that all companies split the wood on the thinner side. After All I've been buying firewood since 1992. The wood burned great and lasted till Feburary 1, 2021. Price too high! Their Location & Hours: 18575 32 Mile Rd., Armada, Michigan Phone#: (586) 784-9119 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed They also offer Lawn & Landscaping Design, Construction & Maintenance, Lawn & Garden Maintenance as well as Snow Plowing. I stopped in and asked the man outside if they had sand. I was directed inside where his wife (I assume) had already overheard me and was ready to ring me up. Quick and easy and then I was directed around the side to be loaded up. In and out in five minutes. The thing that got me besides the great customer service was also the extent of their inventory. They have quantities for the DIYers or the home gardeners as well as huge piles of gravel, sand and such for commercial use. They have the ability to service anyone needs and are quick to do so. Thank you so much

We were looking for small bins to tidy up our cupboards and linen closet and found just what we needed. We also found a nice coat rack for the wall by our back door. The staff was super friendly and helpful with their suggestions as they guided us to what we were looking for. As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. What should have been a simple garage door job turned into a ridiculous number of problems, return visits, and time I had to take away from work. First, they tore down my weather stripping even though they were NOT supposed to touch it. While doing that, they scratched up the aluminum around my garage door. They then had to come back to replace the weather stripping and repair the aluminum they damaged. When they replaced the aluminum, they installed the WRONG COLOR, so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment for them to come back and fix their mistake. Then the garage door started making noises, came off the track, and almost fell. Yet again, I had to arrange another service call to have them come out and fix it. As if all of that wasn't frustrating enough, they also completely NO-SHOWED for one of my scheduled appointments. I rearranged my schedule and made myself repeatedly available for appointments--all of which were only necessary because of their own mistakes. After all of these issues, I asked for a reasonable adjustment to my bill. Considering the damage they caused, incorrect repairs, repeated service calls, no-show, and the amount of my time that was wasted, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was extremely disappointed with their response and lack of accountability. One mistake is understandable. This wasn't one mistake. It was problem after problem after problem. When you hire and pay a professional company, you shouldn't have to repeatedly take time off work so they can come back and correct damage or mistakes from previous visits. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right and I was extremely kind and patient throughout it all. Unfortunately, based on the workmanship, inconvenience, and way my concerns were handled afterward, I cannot recommend this company.
