Was hoping he would go over some instructions with me when I picked it up. Everyone was in a meeting when I got there to pick up my order. A woman, a project manager, was in the yard there with me helping to locate my order. After they found it and loaded it I asked her about some instructions for installing it. She said she'd go grab me a sheet. She came back out and said she couldn't find one and they would email some. I got an email from them with instructions for the gutter and drain pipe only. That's all they could find. I've sent two emails and left a voicemail with my salesman. Nothing but crickets. I'm thinking I could have gotten the same level of customer non-service at Lowes or Home Depot. Very frustrating and disappointing. Once they got my money I no longer existed.
