There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. He couldn't do it, even though he agreed. He came to do the job but never provided me with a receipt or the written letter I needed. He kept avoiding my calls and text messages over a simple letter. I wish I would have found these guys earlier. Jim and crew are awesome! I went over everything I needed with Jim, and he made a plan and gave me really good advice. The price was great, the work was super clean and tidy and he explained everything well... One of the main selling points for me was that Jim being a master electrician, works on site too and doesn't sub anything out. He went above and beyond and didnt charge me any extra.
