Aristocats - My cat settling in right away in the cat tree

Aristocats

My name is Kasey, and I'm a cat lady. I got my first cat twelve years ago and soon had been gifted…read morewith two more lost kittens with no home. I try to treat them the way I would want if I were a cat: good food, plenty of petting, clean litter and of course, no declawing, in case they ever get out and have to protect themselves. This means over the years, I've gone through some furniture. The cats knead/claw the furniture to sharpen their nails. I've bought $100+ scratching posts, tried sprays to calm them, tried redirection, consistently cut their claws to keep them short, etc. Nothing worked. I always had scratched up furniture, and I just decided there was nothing I could do but be comfortable with the idea of replacing my couches often. Then two of my cats got cancer and passed. My only remaining cat had trouble grooming himself because he has always been with two older cats who groom him. So, I called everywhere. No one would groom a cat during COVID they'd never groomed before. All the big chains said no. I searched and found Aristocats. After a 2.5 month wait for the appointment, they were so kind and took care of his coat with the most beautiful lion cut. He was so happy, he'd let me pet him again without getting upset about his coat. They asked if I wanted claw caps, and I gave them a try. *MY CAT WILL FOREVER HAVE CLAW CAPS NOW.* Such an elegant solution and for only $18. He has been a different cat since. He is so happy with his coat and I haven't seen him claw anything since we started doing caps two months ago. It is beautiful. I bought new dining chairs and bar stools that are velvet, and I never would have been able to do that before. The cherry on the sundae is I brought medicine with him because he can be anxious and I wanted to make sure they were able to fix his seriously dreaded coat. When I picked him up, they said he was great and he didn't need medicine! I would give them six stars if I could.

It's clean and cat centered; my cat loved the private room and cat tree--much better than places with small cages. Staff always kind and fed my pet accordingly to the directions I had left. A+++

" and the policy is in writing, but if you don't want the dog or if for some reason it don't work out to bring back to shelter , for a exchange or not. well I adopted this 6 month old dog yes he was great with cats kids but so so depressed. I had him 2 months , his health was at risk because he wasn't eating drinking and he just lay around and didn't do anything so sad. I worked with him and worked with him. He wouldn't mingle or bonded with the rest of the family.. so I made a decision out of the kindness of my to hold my eye that he may never come out of the been so some dogs just don't make it out of it so I took him back for his health to the pound. I basically retreated like a criminal because I returned him, which is unfortunate because I did what I was supposed to be doing our very responsible thing . Reading Facebook posts off and there's been several people who took back pets and those people because they know the people there were able to get a pet. I was told that they wouldn't let me have a pet now because I returned a dog that needed help that's disgusting so no they don't deserve one star and my name is Betty Gibbons and I reside in Ada Oklahoma. the dogs name was Rufus .

They were pampered with amazing treats, multiple play sessions, tons of room to roam freely, water activities, and comfy sleeping spaces. I couldn't have been more appreciative...my older dog needed medication and tender care, and my young energetic pup needed lots of interaction and activity. Andrea accommodated both of them beautifully! I got photos, videos, and text updates on my girls daily. I can't say enough good things about Pawesome! Highly recommend!

There are no "up-charges" for premium services. We just do them because, Pawesome Dogs deserve it....and we kinda like it!. In addition to all the fun we have here, we offer a nice, calm environment for your pup. Your dog will get the one-on-one attention that'll make it feel almost like home while you're away. They're a welcome member to the family, and are free to make themselves comfy, and even sleep in bed with us at night if they choose to. The dogs in this house rule the roost, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Your dog will probably have one of the best times of their life, running around in our private dog park. We have a great 3 acre property with tons of shade in the summer. We are fenced and cross-fenced and will be fencing in the last 2 acres of "run room", in the spring. There is so much room to run and smell, and soon, there will be even more dog safe areas where they can zoomie their little hearts out. All the off-leash running and playing, and premium services will have them begging for you to go on another trip. They will thoroughly enjoy their vacation, while you enjoy yours, WORRY-FREE!

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and basic compassion at this clinic…read more I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM for my dog who needed urgent care. Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.
