The staff was incredibly kind and helpful in getting us set up, and we left with a stack of books and a fun STEAM backpack. We have moved into complex taxes in the last two years…read more Utilizing the tax code and sound advice on withholdings we have been helped greatly to pay our taxes without it being burdensome. Valerie's tax service employees are honest, straight up about several ways to file within the tax code and they finished tax preparation in a timely manner. Could not ask for better when stressing over taxes. Separately for a fee when we had IRS complications three years ago Valerie's Tax service came to the rescue with understanding all the extra filings, proof of paying taxes owed and what was not owed along with knowing the IRS lingo required in email and on the phone communication.
