I was never one for Mediterranean cooking and it's yummy, I get that. So I guess it has to do more with me only getting to try it very late in life, like in my 20's. The BF loves kebabs and whatnot, we go every now and then to satisfy that craving but that's it.
One very tiring errand day, after we went to do grown-up stuff at the bank, we came across Arkadas. They're newly opened and I was curious. I love the industrial thing they got going on and the street art on the wall, very cool. It was the waiter who handed the BF a flier and like I said, curiosity got the better of us. We were given hummus and pita bread while we waited. I got the beef kebab and he got the chicken.
This has never really happened before, I mean I do have a few places that I don't mind going to but they take the cake on the one place that I crave for. I loved my order, even the chicken and the only thing I can probably say about it is that: is there more?
Definitely should give this place a shot! I love 'em, maybe you would too.
P.S. I promise to come back and take pictures of the food! and the artwork I was talking about. read more
