Cue the nail pops and warped pickets! Finally, the wind took a large section down like it was made from tissue paper. We are now replacing the damaged fence ourselves THE RIGHT WAY. We should have saved time, money and frustration by researching this company more carefully. Their sub contractors do seriously crappy work. Do not roll the dice on quality...choose another company.

They stated they knew how to assemble beds, and…read moreI had previously assembled this exact model myself (with another person) and had movers disassemble and reassemble it multiple times without issue. While it's time-consuming, it is not especially complicated and well within what a contractor should be able to handle. Despite this, their two-person crew took about five hours to complete the job, which was far longer than expected and ended up costing more than the bed itself. More concerning, the bed was assembled improperly. I only discovered the extent of the problems later when movers struggled to take it apart and noted that parts were over-tightened and stripped. Reassembly ultimately proved impossible. The drawers had always stuck after the original assembly, but I didn't realize how badly the bed had been put together until it had to be taken apart. In the end, I was forced to dispose of the bed entirely. Between labor costs and failed reassembly attempts, I spent well over $1,500 on a bed that originally cost under $400. This was an expensive lesson in trusting a service that did not deliver competent or professional work.
