I put the insulation back but I have a quad spinal fusion and am not up to installing wood over the hole. Poor customer service after sale.

New air exhaust pipes were running in the old air exhaust pipes of the old water tank. I guessed new air exhaust pipes holes were not made to save time. This was a big mistake, because the noise from the fan of the new Navien tankless water broiler would be magnified in the old pipes and the noise is transmitted to different part of the house, even bedrooms. Asked Sam to book a time to speak to the Navien technician on the customer hotline, without any success, since the technician would not talk to a customer directly. Sam went on vacations on holidays. Texted him to come to help without any reply. Now in August 2025, after 20 months of the installation, I am still punished by the noise, each time someone is using the hot water.

Preston and his helper completed a repair of the outflow pipe and installed a valve; so that we have had no further problems with it. He advised we continue preventative maintenance because we have a lot of trees and the roots get in the drains. When I first called Preston, he was a bit busy due to the holiday season. I had no emergency, so I was able to wait. I could have hired another plumber, but I completely trust Preston to the recommended maintenance work that is required to prevent any future problem. Trust is very important because most quality plumbers with camera equipment charge about the same amount for a house call + time. However, some will take a lot more time to do the same job. He also knows the system in the house, so I waited until he was available. This year we only needed a fairly routine removal of roots blocking the drainage line. Preston and his assistant Valentin were quick and efficient. First diagnosing the location of potential problems and then working hard to remove some large clumps of roots that were blocking the inflow and also the outflow. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER…read more I called GeoForce / Next Day Services July 14, 2025 to address a leaking Geo flow center. The panel was leaking at one of the Geo Pumps Louie came the next day to inspect my problem. Initially Louie from GeoForce seamed very knowledgeable and came up with a solution to install a used panel and pump assembly. He did so a few days later but had to manufacture fittings to attach his flush machine, as he did not have the proper connections, to attach to the replacement pump panel. Work was completed and again we had a functioning system. All good until......... About 2 weeks later on August 19, 2025, I later I noticed coolant seeping from his fitting work. I ran tests to make sure it was not condensation, determined it was coolant and called GeoForce Warranty answering service , who took my messages and relayed them to GeoForce/Next Day Service. If you express a problem or need warranty the ghosting begins. After 28 messages over a period of month and a half and threating legal action, I finally got them back on September 25 to repair their mistake. Repair was completed by tightening a fitting a re-flushing my system, which could have been avoided if they came right away. The technician said the water left behind after the new repair was residue and condensation. Then..... The water did not stop. They fixed one leak and created 2 more. I could not bear the thought of enduring the frustration of another 40 days of attempting to get service from this company and their failures at basic plumbing. I immediately called a competitor, West Coast Geothermal who repaired their leaks, re-flushed my system and did it for a ¼ of the price Stay clear of Next Day Service/ Geo Force Energy for a vendor if you value your money and sanity.
