Came here with my mom a couple days ago for a general appointment and the clinic was very clean and welcoming. I was scared at first but ruben and jisef, who were so nice, helped my mom get checked in quickly and made sure we understood their process from start to finish. The staff throughout the appointment were very attentive and respectful, and took their time to make sure we felt comfortable through the whole visit. I love this clinical research, the staff is absolutely amazing! The Coordinator Yamil went out of her way to accommodate me because I was unable to return the next day not to mention she had to do so much paperwork for me and a physical all while still being so nice, patient and curtious even if she didn't get to take her lunch and if she did she took it late. Disorganized, unprofessional. Tried to resolve things with them and they just don't really care. Wasted an hour waiting while they checked things with a supervisor. Got misinformation about what to expect and spent two hours waiting without being seen after being told the whole process would take two hours. Whole process was not very efficient. I contacted the manager after and they never bothered to get back to me after I drove 90 min in rush hr traffic. read more

I didn't qualify but was seen by a very professional clinical assistant named Ira. Young lady was very nice and explained all the procedures to me. Gave me lot of information on my exam I was really impressed on the knowledge she had on the testing she did. I would recommend this Clinical Trial facility to anyone. I regret taking my son. Especially during Covid-19, the front office does not wear masks. Then they do not enforce others properly wearing masks and do not sanitize the chairs and seats are not properly spaced. They still force us to say 20 minutes after shots. I Do not feel safe.
