We hired Susanna and her crew to paint the interior of our home. She did an absolutely amazing job. I could tell from the moment we met her that she cared about the quality of her work. She and her crew were meticulous and careful throughout the job. On the final day of the job they cleaned thoroughly and did "touch up." Sussanna made sure there wasn't an errant drop of paint to be found or an inch of wall space missed. She made sure everything blended perfectly. Her work was perfect. Her price was VERY reasonable for what we got and I couldn't have asked for better quality work. It's like we've moved into a new home. I would hire her again in a heartbeat without even considering other options.

My husband tried to follow up via phone and text, but received no response aside from the sound of crickets. Honestly, if you're going to operate a small, independent business, you still need to have customer service skills and integrity. Buying a home and requiring a full interior and exterior paint job is pretty significant, and now that we have hired another company for close to 10k, Chromatic lost out. I'm not sure what the issue is with the lack of integrity, but it's disappointing because Susanna's work looks incredible from the photos on yelp. We are bummed we did not have the chance to see her work. Save your time and look to other five-star painting companies that respond promptly and provide much more professionalism.

The crews were always on time; always friendly and open to questions. Crew boss Troy treated me and his crew respectfully and addressed every issue immediately. Easy communication with owner Rick. When they were finished, our walls were gorgeous. Everything looked like new again. We had many different areas that needed repair and I wanted to be very careful in choosing the right company. From the initial call with the owner Jeremiah and one of his office assistant's, Julie, I could tell that they were personable and caring before they even knew anything about the job, and I received a very good price quote. Throughout each phase and after they were finished, Jeremiah made sure that I was satisfied with every detail. We needed a closet wall and large spot in the ceiling of the laundry room repaired that had water damage. (See photos.) We also had two walls with holes from the door handles and areas with nail pops. I felt confident in the drywaller's expertise within the first ten minutes when he inspected the areas and explained exactly how he would repair them. The nail pop areas were screwed in, so that it wouldn't happen again, the ceiling area was replaced and patched, and everything was completely smooth and blended. After the painter finished the next day, it was wonderful to see our house look new again.
