Anyway, I am writing now because i decided to return to this salon for a spray tan before my daughter's wedding. The week before the wedding, I went for a "practice" tan just to make sure I was happy. (Previously my spray tan was barely noticeable- barely any color) when I called to complain, they told me that they were closing and could not help me. (It was 9:15 pm). This time, I was so very happy to meet COREY! She took the time to ask me exactly what i wanted, airbrushed me, made me look in lighting in two different places, and made sure it was perfect. She took her time and dried me thoroughly. I was so happy with the results, I attempted to book my spray tan for the next week for my daughter's wedding with Corey. I was told that she was off that day! But guess what Corey did? She called me and said that because she wanted me to be happy and because it was such an important occasion, she would come in to work on her day off just for me! I was so thrilled, and again, she did a wonderful job. My tan looked perfect and lasted the whole wedding- weekend. You had lost a customer, Beach Bum, but thanks to Corey, I will continue to visit (but only to be sprayed by Corey!!!!)

So I bought 50 min for $60 most recently and that suddenly expire for not coming. It's not as if I make an appt and don't show up. It's not like someone can't use the bed. I'm literally pre-paying and you're saying my money vanished. You literally take my money and bc I don't come frequently enough to cause skin cancer, my money somehow loses its value. The last package expired last week. $60 for 50 minutes (6 sessions) in the lowest level bed. Not only did my money just suddenly have no value when I went to buy a new package it was now $84 for 5 sessions. The front desk receptionist or tanologist said "well if you don't come we get to keep your money". Cmon Catherine. How is that? She had a family emergency and took that day off because of it. It amazes me that some customers think the world revolves around them when, clearly, an owner is human, and sometimes needs the day for important family matters! I've been going to this salon since she became the owner and everything runs perfectly and it's because of Christine that it does! Additionally, years ago I used to go to a tanning salon in Holbrook that severely overcharged, never replaced bulbs, and didn't return customers' calls! It was a wonderful change coming to Sunkissed, even though it was farther away from my home. Sorry, but the complainers in these reviews really need to grow up!

Every room has the tanning essentials such as the goggles, stickies, deodorant, body sprays, etc. All you need to bring is some tanning lotion, which they sell in house at a reasonable price. The owner and her daughter are also always very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their salon, truly maintain their equipment, and keep everything nice and clean. Not to mention all her beds are brand new and strong, you will leave there with a nice tan and glow! The previous owner (Tropical rendezvous ) did always run specials and was on Groupon but he let his salon go to shit and never changed the bulbs. You get what you pay for. Kristen is extremely knowledge and explained different treatments that would help my skin type. I enjoy pampering facials but for my first visit I requested a result sort of facial which included the LED Light therapy and a peel. She made me aware of what would happen the next few days and let me know she was available if I had any questions or concerns.
