I suffered the loss of 1051 square feet of property without compensation. That triggered a "border line adjustment," irreversibly DOUBLING my value variable, therefore DOUBLING MY ANNUAL PROPERTY TAX over the rate I've been paying for three decades. I'm 75 and I might manage another 20 years, adding up to well over $30,000. I would not have continued beyond their $4000 retainer fee had Harper Law PLC warned me of this. All that being tip of the iceberg, I could write an old-school Sunday newspaper "Feature Article" about my experience; structure damage, excessive irrigation and a surveyor cartoonist as well factored into the mix. A relief from city alley burdens did amount to a superficial outcome.
