I Can't believe this place had a bad review!…read more This has to be my new favorite place to get botox! I have been getting botox for years, & have been to many different places trying to find a place that I like. The 32nd st. office was very nice, & welcoming. Best of all it didn't have that "yuppy" factor which is what you typically get, with most of these types of places. I received a groupon for botox, & juvederm. Called a day before, & made an appointment for the next day. The receptionists were very nice, & greeted me right away. I had Lori W. And she was so nice, & did an amazing job! Lori took the extra time to make sure that the placement of the product was to my liking, & was very thorough with aftercare. She even gave me suggestions to products, that would shorten the healing time. This place is a definite winner, & I will surely be back! :) Thanks lunchtime M.D.!

I bought 20 units cause I require 21 (I've had it done before). She did the Botox and threw a good amount of it that was in the syringe away. My fiancé so saw this happen... Now it's 10 days later and I still have the same lines ( some have decreased a little but not as much as they should ). She didn't even ask if I would like the rest on another part of my face or anything. It was like she was trying to hide that she was throwing some away. Hopefully this business does the right thing and offers me a refund or allows me to come back in to get this all corrected since my wedding is only a few weeks away! UPDATED: I called and scheduled an appointment and then got a call back the next day saying there was an emergency and the nurse at the Chandler location needed to reschedule. MY WEDDING is in a couple of weeks mind you. The guy said he wasn't sure if they would be able to fix it without charging me and kinda argued with me about what happened so needless to say, I made an appointment with another place that I have had Botox done at before. I don't have the time to trust them and see if it happens. Horrible business and unfortunately I wasted $100 and my time. Don't do what I did.... Go somewhere that has Botox that works and to someone who will use ALL the Botox needed and fix the situation if need be. If they end up offering me a refund or having me come in AFTER my wedding for Botox (without charge) I will change my review.

It was absolute perfection & the best addition to the Arctic Berry Radiance facial. And of course, added the dermaplane. The lymphatic massage is so incredibly relaxing. I was so excited when I learned they had one of these. I had been wanting to try one of these but couldn't find the right place. It was such a lovely surprise & I couldn't wait to try. I was super lucky & added it on to my facial. It really enhanced the whole experience. Would definitely recommend wearing loose pants or something a little more chill than jeans. Don't misunderstand, it was still awesome, even with the jeans. I would imagine it's going to be even better next time. It's already been added to my next appointment. You should definitely add this to your appointment. The Arctic Berry Radiance facial was unbelievable. It was so refreshing & my skin soaked it all up. This is a seasonal facial & according to the website, "This treatment includes an Artic Berry Enzyme to refine pores, even skin tone, and improve collagen production all while protecting against environmental stressors. The Hibiscus treatment in this service firms and lifts the skin and increases elasticity while plumping the skin for a more firm and toned appearance." Absolutely a MUST before it rotates out of season!! Breahna was AH-MAZING! She's so nice & friendly. Easy to chat with & incredibly skilled. This really is such an awesome place.
