You received your ROC after the contracts were signed.That is illegal.The company also falsely represented their license during the legal proceeding status.This company warrents an investigation.Anyone that is not licensed with the ROC can only do a thousand dollars and under. Cabinets were installed crooked uneven and even upside down. Cuts in the materials were rough and misaligned and some parts were missing. The bathroom layout was off by 3 inches from the agreed design. When we raise concern, the company hired an attorney and we were forced to retain our own legal counsel. We attempted to resolve this directly but were unsuccessful. What they did was not only illegal, Tried filing a lawsuit against us. What they did was illegal. I just want others to be informed of our experience and to request accountability from the business.

After the installation we noticed stains under the finish. The only way to do anything about this would be to rip out the panels and start over. We settled on a refund of $700 and decided we could live with it as is. The problem we're having now is the calking along the edges of the panels is starting to shrink and leave gaps. I was told that if moisture gets in between the wall and Granite panels it could loosen them. I have called them three times in the past month. No one picks up the phone and no one returns calls. No one cares. I hear they're on the way out of business. I can see why. Avoid this company at all costs. I now just use our other bath to avoid damaging anything. I would give them ZERO stars for product and service. Thanks for nothing.

Wonderful service. I got a great reference on this company and went with them to replace my shower…read moredoor. Eddie, the owner, came out and gave me his estimate and I hired him on the spot. I already knee his price was fare and with the wonderful reference from his prior employer I just went with it (he left that job to start his own company). He showed me doors and and I picked one. He also recommended having the glass treated (very reasonably) and was I glad I did, well worth the little extra. The door came in quickly and installation was set very fast. Install went smoothly and it looks great. Eddie is honest and very personable, his employee who did the install was also very nice and very good. Overall if I could give more stars I would. I would also use his again in a heart beat.
