Zach got the call and arrived on time. He fairly quickly found that the old ceiling light fixture had seen better days and recommended we just replace it with a modern one. So I got to run to the hardware store and get a new one. Once back with the new light fixture, Zach installed it in short order and cleaned up the job site. Great job. Please note, however, their rates are competitive for this market. I do what I can when I can but sometimes you just need a pro. I would definitely use them again.

Buyer beware. First of all, I have owned a number of…read morerental properties. Electricity issues are rare and you need a professional. The microwave kept tripping the breaker. The microwave was only 5 years old so I didn't suspect it was causing the problem since I've had microwaves over the years that last 10-20 years. Volt came out and charged me almost $1,000 dollars to assess and supposedly fix the issue. (It was $959, just looked at my checking acct). He also told me he likely needed to come back out again and do a more thorough assessment of the electricity which wouid be another $1500-$2500 since they "could not guarantee the issue would be resolved long term". I declined to agree to this and now realize I was being set up. The breaker started tripping again that very week. After thinking it through, I wondered if it could be the microwave itself. I called another company, Modern Electric out of Green Valley. They literally took less than 10 minutes to evaluate the problem--it was simply the microwave. They charged me $125.00 for the visit. I'm so fuming mad at being treated so dishonestly by Volt Electric. There should be a way to turn them in for this dishonesty and I might just do that to the registrar of contractors. I am not a person to leave bad reviews, but this is a serious breach of ethics by this company.

The morning of the installation was a nice & sunny January day. TJ arrived on time surveyed the area and made suggestions on size and location of tube. Went with a 14" Velux Sun Tunnel. Took TJ just a couple of hours to complete. Was surprised just how bright the kitchen became...actually too bright! After recognizing my concern TJ took the time and effort to adjust the brightness and make it just right! Couldn't be happier with the end result. And as for TJ a decent likeable patient & passionate man who enjoys what he does. So if your wanting to add light to a dark room I would highly recommend Clean Light.

He designed and installed kitchen under- and over-cabinet lighting (one of his favorite tasks), to cleverly conceal the wiring and conveniently position the dimmer switches.
