My only concern an issue with this location is that if you have items sent to the store to do a pick up it comes in a package with your name on it and they open your mail or package. The staff requested up to 45 minutes to appraise clothing (seemed to be more than other places). The receiving staff member suggested that I leave my bag of clothes and return later....just for me (in my opinion) to be underpaid. In my opinion, the exchange felt a little disorganized and disingenuous. Prior to my return, someone removed the clothes of mine which they chose (not typical in my experience). After two days, I realized which ones were taken. The staff didn't even remember which bag was mine. Quite literally, the staffer asked me, "which bag is yours". They had many unlabeled bags clothing on the floor. I had to identify my own clothes... not the best.
