We ordered take out from here and it took almost an hour to arrive. The food was packaged nicely. We tried the chicken hibachi which came with rice, shrimp tempura rolls , Christmas tree roll, crab salad and crunchy roll. It was all good and ingredients seemed fresh in the rolls. We loved the veggies in the hibachi which included onion, broccoli, carrots and squash. Other than the long wait time all was well.

Came here to try the Ramen. I ordered the Tonkotsu with extra chashu. Overall, the Ramen tasted okay, i loved the chashu but the broth was sweeter than it should be and the noodles were soggy and soft, I prefer firm ramen noodles.

Decided to try this new place in Town. Was greeted at door and seated immediately. The menu has lots of choices starting with beverages and starters. We did order fried calamari. After wading thru the menu we ordered Meat Lover Ramen and Seafood Ramen. Calamari was well prepared and came with a dipping sauce which was good. The Ramen bowls are large and taste good. They have a full bar to order from with several foreign beers as well to choose. Very modern decor which got a little loud at times. Could use a little more acoustics. The value is on point for meal/service received.

Good food of what I had. I only had the beef shank ramen and the pork bao buns. Both of which were very good. One criticism on both. The ramen was just warm, and the bao could have used texture (pickled veg) or sauce. Still good! Waitress was very attentive, and the food came out in a reasonable time, though still not open long and not too busy. The place itself is beautiful. Nice new center near Fujifilm. Oakview commons. Most everything is still under construction, but the bar is amazing and the staff wears kimonoesque shirts. Nice

We haven't dined in yet, but we've ordered the ramen to go several times and it's always excellent! Everything is packed really well, making it easy to reheat the broth if needed. The flavors are great, and if you like spice, the chili oil is a perfect addition--but beware, it's hot! Can't wait to visit in person soon and try their sushi next time.

Arita Ramen & Sushi was the first spot I tried after moving to the area, and wow--it blew me away! The modern, bright ambiance feels welcoming and upscale, perfect for a relaxing meal. The sushi is super fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with amazing flavors that make every bite delicious. The service was friendly and quick too. I'll definitely be back soon... this place is a gem!

Beautiful restaurant in a nice modern shopping center, the bright yet sleek decor makes it feel alive and comfy, great outdoor seating, i the love the option of siting at the sushi bar or drink bar (I chose booth by window!) Their signature rolls are honestly astounding i want to try them all. I started with Rainbow Unagi which the server told me was also her favorite, it has 4 fishes including my fav RED SNAPPER. I also for sushi i started with the Triangle Roll, and the chicken tempura handroll. I also had a goyza and beef boa bun appetizer. I can not wait to try the sunset roll, sushi tower, hibachi, chicken katsu, and Ikura flying fish roe I am in awe of this meal from presentation to taste... wow. My server was amazing and kept me hydrated and another team member walked around and checked on how everything was. 10/10 will come again

Bill from the service. Clearly states shellfish allergy

Extremely Unsafe for Anyone with Allergies I went to this brand new sushi restaurant excited to try it, but it turned into one of the worst, very dangerous experience!! When I sat down, I told the waitress very clearly that I have a severe shellfish allergy. Despite this, I was served a sushi roll that contained crab. After taking a bite, my mouth started feeling numb, and when I took the roll apart, I found actual crab inside. When I waved the waitress over, she didn't seem surprised at all. She just asked if I wanted a different roll, and when I asked why they gave me crab after I'd told them about my allergy, she said, "Oh, it's imitation crab anyway." That's not acceptable, imitation crab still contains shellfish and can trigger the same allergic reaction. Someone who appeared to be the owner came over but didn't speak any English. He asked me to point at the roll to not be charged for it, then just disappeared. The waitress never came back after that, except to bring the bill. We ended up sitting there for a bit. During that time, I noticed the service was completely untrained--mostly young staff who clearly haven't been taught proper safety or basic restaurant service. Other issues: * The waitress didn't understand how to split the bill, even though we didn't share food. * The bathroom was dirty, which is shocking for a brand-new restaurant. * The sushi itself wasn't even good--the fish didn't taste fresh. It's now 8:47 PM, and my mouth and tongue are still numb. I'm honestly just thankful it wasn't worse. This place is dangerous if you have any kind of food allergy, and the staff clearly have no idea what they're doing. Between the poor service, lack of training, and total disregard for customer safety!

We were greeted promptly when we arrived. The booth we sat in was cozy and gave us privacy. The food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Our server Michelle was fantastic. Checked up on us, and cleared dishes out for us so we didn't feel crowded. The food was beautifully arranged, however a few of the sashimi I had seemed a little stingy. Everything else tasted great though.

    AvoKani Salad, Geisha Roll

Arita sits in a fancy-looking new development and its interior matches that aesthetic. Upon entering, I experienced service that overall reflected a lack of experience / professionalism. When I ordered tea, the teacup was forgotten. Additionally, I was not allowed to taste a sake that was orderable by the glass, meaning they likely already had a bottle open. Their explanation confused me, as they said they pre-pour their sake glasses?? Yikes. The food was pretty tasty! I enjoyed the geisha roll, and while I appreciated the crunchiness of the tempura, I found that its proportion dominated the flavor of the roll and prevented me from enjoying the flavor and texture of the fish & eel. The salad was delicious, but I found the avocado slices far too large for my preference. The portion was good, just cut it a bit more! Overall I had a good experience and I hope that given some more time, these small links are worked out.

Great service, quick and happy to serve! They do not skimp on amount of food either. The price you pay here is great compared to west coast. Lots of thick pork, charred, and lots of noodles and toppings. High quality blended chili oil was also a surprise. We'll be back! I ordered Spicy #2 but I think a great order is to try the tonkatsu regular and the spicy #3, order the side of chili oil! Thanks team! Very good job

The flavors here are rich and comforting, especially when it's cold outside. My go-to orders are the Spicy Tan Tan and the Tonkotsu, both of which are packed with flavor and always hit the spot. The broth is satisfying, the noodles are well-cooked, and it's exactly the kind of meal you crave on a chilly day. This would have been a five-star review for me in the past, but I've knocked it down slightly because the prices have been creeping up. It's starting to feel a bit steep for what used to be an easy, go-to lunch spot, even though the quality is still there. That said, the food itself remains excellent, and I'll absolutely continue coming back, just a little less often for lunch than I used to. Food comes very quickly but very limited seating so keep that in mind if going during peak dining hours. Still a top-tier ramen option in Raleigh.

I did not care for sushi because I was there for Ramen. Besides, they have a vegetarian Ramen is what I was looking for, my daughter ordered a teriyaki Ramen. The boys went with miso soup, which was flavorful but came out lava hot. Like, ice-cube-required hot. Tasty, but proceed with caution if you have kids. For sushi, we kept it simple and solid with a mix of one classic and two specialty rolls: Spicy Tuna, Phoenix, and the Crunchy Roll. All were fresh, well-made, and hit the spot. Food came out quickly, service was friendly and attentive, and the overall value felt right. Since we live nearby, this will definitely stay in our regular rotation. Noodle Blvd is located in a spot that you could easily miss, but it's easy to get back on track. I pulled into the gas station parking lot beside the restaurant, then just turned right into the restaurant parking lot. The parking lot is fairly small, so be warned about that. My friend was there when I arrived, and he sat at the bar. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and waves. It was very inviting, which is fitting for a ramen restaurant. My friend ordered us Lychee Margaritas, and oh my goodness, it was so good! We decided to visit right at opening on a Saturday, so the bartender was still preparing some of the ingredients needed for the margarita. The bartender informed us that it's usually better once a key ingredient sits for a while, but I loved the drink regardless. I ordered edamame for an appetizer, which came quickly and was good! Since I've never had ramen before, I asked our server what he recommended, and he told me about some of their most popular dishes. He told me the N9. Chicken Curry Ramen was a favorite of his and the patrons, so I decided to order that. It came quickly, and I was immediately in HEAVEN upon my first bite. I loved every bite after! I decided to play it safe with the spice and got level 2, but I can definitely go up a level or 2 since I love spicy. Highly recommend, and I will be back! I had already looked at the menu online and knew what I wanted: shoyu ramen. The order was served with a spoon, a side plate and a paper towel. There was 1 soft-boiled cut into two halves and ample amounts of scallion, menma and braised pork belly. The latter had a rich flavor, helped in no small part by the pork and chicken broth. Not only that, the broth complimented the rest of the ingredients; the egg was enjoyable. My only (minor) complaint is the portion size of the ramen itself. It was smaller than I would like. The lady that served me was probably (best guess) the owner. Her service was impeccable. In addition, Kinoko has a pleasing amenity not found in most restaurants: an AC outlet at every table that was by the wall. This was very handy for a heavy user of laptops and phones like myself. Although there was music playing in the background, it wasn't loud. The server and I were able to hear each other, and I could also hear the voices of others at the bar. The restroom had an interesting decor of newspapers for wallpaper. That was something I didn't see elsewhere. If you love good ramen, come to Kinoko Ramen. If you like a quiet place to dine in, come to Kinoko Ramen. Perfect scores in food, service and atmosphere.

It wasn't crowded, but it was doing a lot of takeout for a ramen spot (generally a food best enjoyed fresh). The mala ramen (a mix of spicy and tingly sensations) that I sought delivered on the premise. It was a fascinating flavor mix, with some harsh notes that would be a discovery for those that haven't had mala before working well because of the balance of salty and savory flavors and some nice greens and sweet corn. It was unique and I enjoyed it. They had some appetizers and things that I wasn't hungry enough for, but I did wash it down with tea. It was a very reasonable price given how the hipster ramen market has gone. And they had enough menu options that returning would be worthwhile. I ended up going to the other local ramen place anyway the next day, and I would say that both were really good. You can't go wrong.

Parking was easy, we waited a bit outside even though we had a reservation, but that's ok- they're popular! We were definitely seated within 15 minutes of arriving, and the server came outside well before that with the iPad to explain how everything worked. We were all new to the experience! We opted for a Louisiana style broth that was flavorful and creamy, and a beef broth which was a little bit spicy (other reviews warned about the spice levels, so I was prepared!). We could have gotten up to four broths, but I'm glad we stuck to two- any more would have been overwhelming and as it was I had trouble deciding what meat and veg to dunk in which broth. We selected a bunch of veggie, meat and noodles, and were still passing the iPad around as we were led to our table. There are two "levels," a $28 per person and a $40 per person. I believe the $40 per person came with a nicer cut of steak and more seafood options, as well as drinks like Boba. At the end of our meal I asked our group if anyone would have done anything differently as far as our experience and everyone said they would have gone for the $40 option so we could have had scallops! For the first time, I found the $28 option great because we were just getting the hang of it. I will say the sauce bar was highly spoken of in other reviews, so I eagerly got some, but hardly used it at all because the broth was so delicious on its own! Some of my favorite items were steak (I'd pass on the chicken next time), bok choy (we ordered more of this!) and mushrooms. Also we tried the glass noodles, udon and hand pulled and they were all delicious and fun to eat- I can't pick a favorite of those! Oh, and the spring rolls were a great starter. Some folks in our group enjoyed the spam and some other items, and it didn't feel too difficult to stay away from those bits if others of us were not interested. I'm only taking off a star because the "system went down" and the iPad stopped working for everyone in the restaurant. So although it is technically all you can eat, we had trouble ordering more. Since it was our first time, we couldn't remember everything in the menu to request more, and we didn't want to over order at the beginning so we probably went a little light. Thus, I didn't leave feeling as full as I would have liked. I think I saw others on Yelp mention delicious desserts, but we couldn't see them since the iPad wasn't working. They had a freezer case of ice cream but it looked like school cafeteria quality (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) so we skipped it. Kind of a bummer way to end the meal. But I can't really fault them for having technical issues, although they could have had a backup paper menu to show us. In sum, I really enjoyed this meal and would go back in a heartbeat! Such a fun time, especially for a group.
