Air Anderson is great! In the January cold snap our furnace…read morewent out. Yikes. We called Dana's Heating and Cooling as they had installed our furnace and serviced it over the years. I was told they could send a service guy in SEVEN DAYS!! We had no heat and even with that information she was unmoved. I then called Air Anderson. They were able to send Mark to our rescue. He came that same morning and was able to do a temporary fix so we could have heat. Once the cold snap was over Air Anderson sent Jose to do a permanent fix. He was able to reroute a PVC pipe so that very few inches of the pipe were exposed to the outside (thus subject to freezing). When Dana's did the original install there was many feet of exposed pipe which did freeze and caused the furnace to fail. I am so glad that we are now using Air Anderson for our heating and air conditioning needs. Lois F. Port Orchard, WA

I had Miller and Miller install a fridge on my boat. The quality of work is Ok it is up and running…read morebut I'm very frastrated with their communication and commitment. In February I asked them to plan for installation of a new sanitation system after the work on the fridge. They came, took a look and said that will send me a quote by end of March and that everything will be done by end of May. Never heard back. I called, left messages, numerous emails and every time they were postponing the project. Eventually stopped replying. At the end in May I had to start searching for another company to take the job which is more difficult to do in May. Suggestion for improvement: do not commit for projects that you can't or not filling to take. I could have saved a lot of my time and could have started sailing sooner.

I called Fingers Duke to ask about the possibility of placing a rush order. Before I could fully…read moreexplain what I needed, I was met with a condescending tone, unnecessary questioning, and an overall lack of professionalism. I understand that rush orders may not always be possible, and I would have had no problem being told that respectfully. The issue was not the answer--it was how I was spoken to. That was especially disappointing because this is a local business, and I genuinely wanted to support a shop in the community. I had also heard positive things about the quality of their work, which is why I reached out in the first place. Unfortunately, the customer service experience immediately made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from doing business with them. Good work matters, but so does treating potential customers with basic respect. I would rather spend my money with a company that communicates professionally, values its customers, and is willing to be helpful--even when it cannot accommodate a request.
