For those of you who are still waiting for your video or album, just keep in mind you won't get it if you don't do anything about it. Please take them to court, that is the only way to get in touch With them. I did, even though we got screwed, we received our album but as for our wedding video they gave us back the raw footage which was all poorly done (blurry) and are on small cassette tapes like back in the old days which is not what we paid for. He lied at the beginning for not having it but on the last court day it magically appeared. So please take this step and don't let them get away with this. Horrible business. Wedding was June 7th. We paid $2500 for a photographer and photo booth. Day of wedding photo booth never arrived. Jeff than tried to tell us we never paid for it and it wasn't in the contract. After back and forth he agreed to give us back $500 dollars out of the $700 we paid for photo booth. It's now July 10th we have yet to get our refund or our wedding pictures. We called Jeff numerous times and left messages. When were able to speak to him he always claims he'll call us back. Yet never does. Stay away. Save yourself aggravation and headaches. July 25th. Still no refunds or photos despite Jeff telling us week after week he'll have it. Very irresponsible business practices. It is now July 1st. We are one year past our wedding anniversary and still no photo album. For the past three months all we get is."it's on the way from the publisher." Or "it's their fault for the delay" Stay as far away as possible from them. I'm gonna pursue legal action against them. F them and their shady business. read more

Worst vendor anyone can ever imagine dealing with. My wedding was February 1st 2014 and I stupidly used them for photography. My pictures were fantastic and Ron and Conrad did phenomenal jobs but I have yet to receive my albums or my parent albums!! It's so insane. I approved my proofs over a year ago and, every time I try to call to get a status update I either get voicemail or the runaround. We got married back in 2007 and the long and short of it is that their photography and flower people did a horrible job. They got the colors wrong on the flowers and the videos came out horrendously. After it was all said and done they told us a date to pick up our pictures, we drove from Suffolk to Floral Park just for them to tell us they weren't ready yet. After they gave my wife an attitude about it I screamed at them until they simply got them from the persons desk. Basically they didn't feel like walking over to the desk... PLEASE STAY AWAY, this company is horrible!! The customer service is horrible, they never return your calls, and if you ever try and contact the owner Jeff with any concerns he will never call you back. This place is an absolute joke. My wedding is September 24, 2016, I booked with them 5 months ago and after they got my $500.00 they could careless about any of my questions or concerns. I decided to back out of working with them because of their lack of communication. There either on vacation, they close at 1:00 p.m., there relocating their store from wedding plaza to somewhere else. This is just ridiculous and I seriously regret the day that I stepped foot to meet with Ariana Studios! They are the absolute worst!! If I had a choice as to where to purchase a dress, this wouldn't be even on my to go to location. Unfortunately, I had to come to this establishment to get a bridesmaid dress. First they lack all forms of customer service, they do not carry plus size gowns and everything apparently is relied on their measurements. The seamstress barely measured my bust and it was a quick less than a minute measurement, I did not feel comfortable with their measurements and because I'm tall 5'7 they had me order extra length. I was trying to wrap my head around how they came up with the extra costs and originally they wanted me pay for a dress three times my size because they say it runs small, and the extra length. Super uncomfortable I go to another location that has my size and their seamstress took her time and explained to me that all I need is two sizes bigger to be safe but because of my bust order a wide size. The extra length was also unnecessary because it's standard length and alterations would be costly. More assured and prepared I called this location and let them know I did not feel comfortable with the size of the dress and asked to please give me a wide size and two sizes extra and no extra length. They assured me it was not a problem and that they would order that for me no problem. Two weeks before the wedding I go pick up the dress and their policy is you need to pay for the dress completely before you try it on. I was unsure and again uncomfortable with this establishment, but glad it would be the last time I would have to step in there. I paid and tried the dress. I was appalled! They had ordered me the wrong size! They got their so called manager and said it was my responsibility since I called to change the dress size. Two weeks before the wedding I needed a solution and not to play the blame game. They said I would be charged double for extra fabric and alterations. These people are the worst and even a bride going through the same issue was disgusted at their lack of service and responsibility. I'm not a huge girl I am 5'7 and weigh 230 so literally how much fabric I would need for a dress that is not even couture! I couldn't deal and being a bridesmaid I didn't want to make a scene because it's already a stressful situation to be in. I assured the bride and basically told the location that they can forget about any more fabric or alterations I'm going to my own place and in the end I paid much less. Day of the wedding comes and I matched with everyone else and I didn't need to spend another 400 for a dress I would wear once. This location also goes by The wedding Plaza and Ariana Studios. Anyone planning or looking for a budget, stay away from this location it's going to cost more than what you think your saving. Not worth anyone's time. read more

The only reason Ariana is getting one star is because we can't give them anything less. Jeff had has my daughter's wedding video for the past 4 years and it is excuse after excuse and inally no response. We have called and written letters with no response. We paid Ariana Sudios in full and the videographer states Jeff never paid him. Now we hear that Ariana studios has closed down. read more

I have been waiting for my wedding album and I still haven't received it yet. I got married October 24th 2014. Jeff is shady and never gave me what I was promised. I paid 2400 for photography, videography and thank you cards for my guest. I reached out to the BBB and didn't go very far. I am in the military and I didn't have much time to deal with this mess so I just continued with my life. Today, I get a call from I&B Emporium saying that they have my album and had it for several months now. I don't know if this is a scam or what but the lady there told me that I supposedly had a balance of 100 bucks, which is bull crap as I paid Jeff in full well before the event even took place, but she was asking for 25 dollars for their service in trying to give me my album. She told me that several people came over to pick up their albums so I wanted to see if this was true. Has anyone picked up their album from this place? Or is this a scam. I already feel like I have been scammed by Jeff this long. read more
