This was our first time staying at Aria, April 6, 2026, in room 19049. We chose a room on the 19th floor with panoramic views, and the views truly were amazing. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. When we checked in, we noticed there were only two washcloths. How are two people supposed to wash their face and body with the same towel? I asked housekeeping for extra towels, and she handed me three -- which honestly made me laugh. But here's the real issue: when we pulled the bedding back, there was long black hair on the sheets. That tells me the bedding was not changed. For the amount of money we spent, being placed in a dirty room is unacceptable. When we called housekeeping, the lady told us they were experiencing a high volume of requests and had no idea how long it would take for our room to be cleaned. That was extremely disappointing. After we were promised around 9:30 PM that someone would be up to our room to change the bedding, no one showed up or had the decency to call or offer us linen to do it ourselves, we ended up sleeping upright on the very uncomfortable love seat. This was our first and last time staying at this hotel. The views were beautiful, but the cleanliness and service were not anywhere near the standard we expected. read more

What an amazing experience here that is wonderful if you can make the pricing work for you. Lobby: You start out with your Aria Sky Suites experience either in the Sky Suites area near the Lemongrass restaurant or in any other check-in area. At the Sky Suites check-in, service was wonderful and prompt as well as offering water. Next to this check-in area is a small lounge as well as VIP snacks, water bottles/coffee/tea, and sometimes wine I believe during the late afternoon. You're also given your own elevators for the Sky Suites which are separate from the normal guest rooms as well as your own exit points. For instance, on the Promenade, your exit is right close to Carbone/the food court area. On the lobby flor, you also have your own entrance for private cars as well as your own entrance/exit to the Uber area. Room: The room I got was a normal suite which was beautiful and lovely. It was a view of the mountain side with wonderful sights. The living room has its own smaller restroom. The living room also has a fairly large area with its own couch, several seats, and a table. The bedroom is a large Cali king bed with a lovely couch as well. And the restroom includes a bathtub in the middle, a shower, a closet, and two sinks. Loved all the small items it came with as well such as make-up remover and lotions. Service: The service came in twice a day. Where usually I would keep the private sign on my door, here, I left the service open as it was really nice. Not only is the room cleaned up but the night shift gets you a little treat (usually dark and milk chocolate bites), a water refresh, and usually some different item to help close out the night such as a face wash or face spray or hand cream. The cleaning staff to the staff dedicated to the Sky Suites are amazing and not only friendly but go above-and-beyond to make sure you are satisfied. No issues with the room! Can't wait to do this again someday. read more

Aria Sky Suites: 9/10 Aesthetic & Ambiance: 9/10 Usually stay at The Reserve, but decided to come to Aria with a comp and it did not disappoint. Might be the new IT place ...I had the penthouse corner suite, and was it aesthetic was clean & modern. The bathroom was spacious with separated vanities. The bath with the view was amazing and where some of the automatic shades were dysfunctional, I managed around them. Service: 9.5/10 - From start of checking in with Deja being the kindest, patient and outgoing individual I've ever met to coming with 24/7 concierge where I had the pleasure of booking reservations with phoenix who guaranteed me everything would be handled, and even double checked I had the information. The tower suites having the separate lounge and check in is great to get out of the hustle & bustle. Plus the lounge has different amuse-bouches throughout the day. read more

Celebrating a birthday in Vegas. While I've been to and through the Aria many times, this was my first stay at the hotel. Part of the MGM properties. It is a beautiful hotel. Our Sky Suite was very nice The curtains opened automatically when we entered the room, showing a Vegas view and the mountains beyond. The lovely Christmas decorations gave the hotel a festive air. It's been a while since we stayed at Sky Suites. This time we booked a two bedroom penthouse suite with strip views. The bathrooms are still the same but the furnishing has been changed. It's been over a decade so they had to do some upgrades I think. We had transportation service from the hotel since we flew in. The lounge for Sky Suites guests provides beverages and coffee drinks, also snack foods throughout the day. No beverages after 10pm though. They really had to cut corners on cost everywhere. The services were still great and housekeeping staff were very thorough, turndown service was excellent. I really liked the cozy and functional bedroom and bathroom. Living and dining have great views and very spacious as well. Just some little things weren't working properly so we had to get them fixed. Overall this is still the best hotel to stay in Vegas. We have stayed at newly built resorts the last few visits, but they didn't meet our expectations. We will just stay with Sky Suites for our future visits! read more

It's going to be very difficult to go back to any kind of regular hotel room after this. The experience was incredible. From the reception checking us in to the lounge that serves great snacks and drinks to cozy room with a view. The room was insanely clean and equipped with everything! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom is on the larger side. I felt really at peace here which is needed from all the hustle and bustle on the strip. Arriving later in the evening, we found that the room had been redone for the night with little chocolates, slippers by the bed side, and smooth jazz playing in the background. I was just in awe. There's nothing bad to say about this hotel and the sky suites. It definitely lives up to its name. I'll surely be back when in Las Vegas! read more

This is our first time visiting Aria and staying in the Sky Suites, so we didn't know what to expect at all. It sounded amazing when we booked the room, but we had some hiccups when checking in and getting room keys. Turns out there is a separate hotel entrance/lobby/concierge desk that takes care of ALL of your needs! There are separate elevators for the Sky Suites, and it never felt crowded/busy during our entire stay. The staff is super friendly, and they provide room and turn down services daily. There is a snack/drink area for Sky Suites guests, and this helped with feeding kids (and adults) breakfast and snacks whenever necessary. The snack/drink area opens 6:30am-10pm, and they serve cheese and wine starting at around 4:30pm. Overall, it was a wonderful experience overall. HIGHLY recommended! read more

I love the ARIA Sky Suites. I am a MGM Rewards crazy person so am usually staying at one of their properties in an attempt to rack up points that never will amount to more than a free night or two. However in those attempts, ARIA's Sky Suites are absolutely my favorite of the properties I've tried thus far. I didn't think the Suites having their own separate check in desk was a big deal but two weeks ago when their computer system was down, it was so nice. We were able to easily check in quickly when the system was down and we had to manually check in rather than on the app. We were greeted with a drink and friendly smiles! Loved the staff at check in. Also love having our own elevators. Never had an issue with speed, cleanliness or being busy. The view from the room is always stellar. I feel like I'm a balla throwing the room view up on IG for all to see. Balla on a budget is what I am. :P But the room makes you FEEL fancy. Complimentary Items are numerous, so they say. I tried to order from the complimentary menu when we were there (TWO DIFFERENT TIMES)- mouthwash and a lint roller but it never came. Womp womp. They also say you can borrow things like a steamer, memory foam pillow, flat iron and even a yoga mat! But legit, I can't vouch for that part since my items never came. On two different trips. What's the point of that feature? lol They offer turndown service in the Sky Suites which is nice. Problem is the timing. They came to our room at 9pm one night to do it, like what...?! My friend and I were all ready snuggled up for bed lol Also both times we've been here, housekeeping knocks on our door well before check out time. Likeeeeee, we on vacay! Let us sleep in. The rooms get insanely hot, too. We had the A/C blasting and the room temp still couldn't be regulated well. It was rough in that desert sun. Overall, I'm such a fan of the Suites, they just need a little bit of the kinks worked out still. It's always considered an 'upgrade' to stay at the Suites. Aria sky suites are my go to in Vegas. Their location within aria is optimal for ubering or taking the tram to other mgm properties. The furnishings are modern and timeless. The private entrance, excellent service, access to priority reservations make this a must for luxury travelers. Arlette at the front desk took excellent care of us and made sure our every need was satisfied. I much prefer aria sky suites to a suite at the Bellagio, which entitles you to far less benefits. The floor to ceiling windows are impressive and so are they two steam showers in every 2 bedroom sky suite. We didn't have time to use the jacuzzi style bath tub, but I recommend asking or requesting a strip as those are disproportionately aesthetic to the Mountain View and if you wake up early or are pulling an all nighter like many do in Vegas you're almost guaranteed a magnificent sunrise. These suites aren't just for entertaining, they are well thought out and provide everyday luxury and comfort for everyday stays. read more

Aria sky suites is phenomenal! We have been here numerous times and we LOVE it. The hotel itself is very clean and has a sleek modern look. They are always fully staffed to attend to guests needs. The room feels luxurious and comes with a beautiful view of the morning sunrise. The mini bar down stairs is great when you come back from a long night and it's constantly stocked with drinks (wine/water bottles/sodas) and small finger foods/baked goods. It really does come in handy late at night or early mornings, haha! Employee's are enthusiastic and friendly. They have scaled down a lot and I don't think the Covid is the reason to blame for. To me it feels like the this is just the aria hotel with suite and private entrance. I was really hesitant about our annual trip after seeing lots of negative reviews. I'm happy to say that we had a near perfect visit and found everything to be as good - if not better - than pre-covid days. Our suite was in perfect working condition, no cosmetic or other issues that required housekeeping or engineering to fix. The pool and staff were amazing and accommodating. Especially the food and beverage teams poolside were outstanding. Housekeeping did morning and evening service practically on a schedule with zero issues. The hallways and rooms were quiet and odor free (had read a lot of reviews about weed smells everywhere and we had none). The lounge was different, they weren't even allowed to offer a fruit basket with individual pieces of fruit. So the offerings each day were kind of repetitive and odd - especially the 'breakfast' items. Fuji waters are now replaced with small Aria-branded water bottles. So much plastic seems wasteful with tiny bottles. This was our only trip - in probably 5 Sky Suite visits - were we didn't receive a welcome amenity. We've usually received a box of chocolates, crate of candies, or bottle of champagne or wine. We had a great visit and cannot wait to go back. read more

Zero attention to detail, when you arrive in a room and the main controller for lights, drapes, etc. is literally smashed you call the front desk and rightfully expect a quick response. You expect a quick response, well because this is supposedly the high end portion of Aria, but you'd be wrong. Thirty minutes on hold, finally walk down to the desk and am told "oh that's the other side responsible for answering phones". They don't actually care, the discrepancies are obvious but they sell the room anyway. Quick update, got a call that literally said "we got a call about a tablet" no intro no nothing, not even a good evening, literally picked up the phone to hear "...got a call about a tablet". The sky suites at the Aria are fantastic! Much larger then rooms at the Aria, they are beautiful with tub/ shower combos, built in drawer closet features and ample beautiful space. While I wouldn't be willing to pay more then double for these rooms they are worth a splurge. They also have a great pool that's suites only. Maybe my favorite feature. In the past we've had roving massage therapists, water bottles given upon entry, and roving appetizers. It's really kicks up the experience. Highly recommend it. read more

Our suite came with direct limousine service to and from the airport. Once we were dropped off, we had access to the private lounge where we helped ourselves to complimentary beverages and light snacks, which we utilized everyday during our stay. Our two bedroom suite was very luxurious, clean, and oh-so comfortable. My favorite part was the shower that came equipped with a built in steam room that I never knew I needed. Room service was delicious and bougie. There are plenty of restaurants that you can order from or dine at comfortably and conveniently. This was my first time staying at Aria, so I decided to splurge a little for a Sky Suite....I'm glad i did. For those that don't know, Aria Sky Suite guests have a private check in and might i add there are only 46 hotels in the WORLD to hold both the AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star Awards. The check in area also has an entrance to this huge private lounge exclusive to Sky Suite guests where they provide unlimited juices, snacks, soda and Fiji waters to guests. They also have a nightly cheese & wine reception- classy. I booked the Penthouse- The Suite itself was stunning as the decor and layout was completely different than you'd expect to find in most hotels. Everything is controlled by a tablet, but when you enter the room the lights turn on, the TV turns on and the curtains open. If you set the tablet to the "Romance" setting, all TVs in the suite will play jazz and the lights will dim. The bathroom had an automatic toilet with built in bidet and tush dryer. In this majestic bathroom you will also find a big soaking tub with jets with a panoramic view of the city.....the shower has a steam room setting. You'll just have to look at my pictures to get the full experience. Spa: Their Spa is very nice, it includes an out door co-ed large therapy pool (hot tub temperature), Eucalyptus steam room,hot tubs and more. There is dark chocolate and other higher end offerings for guests of the spa. We booked a suite at the hard rock hotel and the first night was so disappointing that we booked a suite at the Aria for the rest of the stay. Aria sky suites have a separate check in and have guest entrance control security. There's a club lounge. Several elevators depending on your suite location. Bathroom has everything from bathtub in the middle of the space to views over the desert. The rooms are enormous with all top notch technology. We had turnbuckle service every night with the chocolates and complimentary house shoes a new pair EVERY NIGHT. I can't say enough shout this place. It is beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. And being there 3 days I still didn't explore the upstairs...therefore that means another trip is in stow. My family and I had a reservation since April and they informed us that they are going to revise our reservation. Waiting for a call from management and may change this review**** but as of now this was our last email requesting resolution. Sky Lofts Management, I received a call yesterday informing us that some (not all) of the sky suites were not going to be available and therefore our reservation has been "revised." This is not acceptable. Apparently the manager Eric is going to call me today in order to resolve this situation; however, I want to point out a few things in order to save time and allow a reasonable resolution before he calls: - We made this reservation in April in anticipation of an impacted weekend due to athletic events and conferences. We are unable to find other rooms similarly situated at this time. - We have specifically informed the staff multiple times during the initial reservation process and during dining reservations at outdoor venues that the entire premise for us staying in the sky suites (which staff represented was clearly less traveled and impacted than other areas of the property) is because we have two children that are unvaccinated; one of which has historic respiratory issues from birth. - Our children will be spending most of their time in the room and I will also be conducting some meetings with employees in the room. - A tower room, regardless of being compensated is not acceptable. - We are willing to pay the same rate (at the Arias coordination with parent company MGM) and resort fee at another MGM property with a similarly private area like an MGM sky loft or suite of similar square footage in the Four Seasons. I trust that you will take our children's safety as our primary concern and ensure that we enjoy our long anticipated stay in the Sky Lofts this weekend arriving on 11/14. Best, Jessie read more

This was our third stay at Aria, the second time in the SkySuites, we had the corner suite once. I love this hotel. I think the main lobby and casino is the most beautiful of any on The Strip. The only down factor is the smokiness but I guess that's part of it, although Park MGM is smoke-free, perhaps one day Aria can do the same? But for the SkySuites, everything was great. From our driver Anne who picked us up from the airport in the limo to Ricky who drove us back at the end. Service is overall great, our porter, the desk staff, lounge staff and OMG whoever cleaned our room! I love the sky suites, we had a one-bedroom strip view and it was spotless, clean, and bright everyday. With amazing turn down service. I felt like I was on a cruise. The lounge is nice too, although I didn't take much advantage of it other than coffee and water. And I can't forget about the elevators! Skysuites had the fastest elevators and lowest wait times I've experienced anywhere. Even on the 50th floor maybe once I waited a minute. NYC hotels and high rises should take some tips, you often have to wait 15 min or more for an elevator there. The rest of the hotel is great too as i mentioned. Really beautiful, yes more so than the Bellagio. Sleek and modern, the guests at night going to the the Alibi cocktail lounge turned club at night and other bars seem to like to match the style as well. Spa is amazing. I love the promenade level and all the good restaurants. Jean-George's was where I had the best steak of my life (The A5 Wagyu) and Egghead had the best breakfast sandwich i've ever had. The place is an easy walk to parkmgm inside and NY NY, and connected to bellagio with the tram. The Crystal Shops honestly has the highest concentration of high-end shops i've ever seen. This includes NYC 5th ave, and others. Sadly blackjack mainly pays 6:5, but I didn't gamble much this trip. read more

From the moment I was picked up at the airport by the Limo driver, until we were dropped off by an even bigger limo (with a cooler driver) , the Aria Sky suites exceeded expectations. My husband surprised me for my birthday with a trip to Vegas, and arrived the night earlier. Upon arrival I was whisked into the private check in area where the service was top notch. This area also is where the private Lounge is located, complete with cozy blue velvet sofas and snacks. During the evening they host a cocktail reception for Sky Suite guests. When I walked down the hallway to my room, I certainly felt it was very much looking like the Vdara where I had stayed a few months earlier. When I entered the suite I was met with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a note from my husband. I looked around and was suitably impressed. The suite was large and airy. It had floor to ceiling windows, a half bathroom, dining table, sofa, desk and iPad remotes to control everything. The music Chanel's offered a really good selection of Chanel's and I found a metal one that stayed on the majority of my trip. The bedroom was Separated by a doorway. The king size bed was the most comfy bed ever ! The highlight was the stand alone whirlpool tub with champagne steam bubbles that caresses your entire body. It was big enough for 2 which made it lots of fun ( being a newly wed ). That was in December. We came back for my husbands birthday end of February. Sadly, the service the second time around left much to be desired, but our suite this time was in one of the Penthouses and it was even more amazing! Everything was big, bright, clean and I LOVED it ! The bathroom was so big with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. The jacuzzi bathtub was once again so full of bubbles I couldn't even see my husband ! We had a blast ! The suite itself was so big I wrapped up all his birthday gifts and hid them all over for a fun scavenger hunt. I also filled it with balloons. It was a birthday to remember! The bed had a huge cool white leather headboard and again was the best mattress I have ever slept on ( when we did actually sleep! ) The iPad remotes took care of all the room controls, music, TV, and you can order everything from them, from room service to booking your spa treatments. The Sky suites also gives you access to the Sky pool as well as the other Aria pool. We had fun as we were the only people at the Sky pool, I think there was a 3 to 1 ratio on staff vs guests. Staff was friendly at the pool area. They provide huge towels and have water, sunscreen and after sun lotion all available. The casino is nice and upscale. Not overly smoke filled. The cocktail waitress we had on our last day was very cool. She brought me the most amazing frozen mojitos ever ! And kept them coming without me having to ask. Rooms are great, very spacious compared to the non Sky Suite rooms. If you're going to stay at Aria, this tower is really the only way to go. Take advantage of the much larger bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, wet bar area and heightened level of service; the views aren't too shabby either! My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Aria Sky Suites last week. It was divine! We had originally comped the nights using our M-Life players benefits, but when we checked in, we inquired about an upgrade. The lovely gal at the front desk said she could upgrade us for a fee, which we decided - why not! It's our anniversary! We were situated in room 56029, which had a nice view over the T-Mobil Arena and Allegiant Stadium. The room was massive- and spotless. There was a second bathroom off the foyer, a dining area and large living room with thoughtful decor throughout. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The master bathroom had 2 sliding doors on either side of a huge soaking tub. Very nice lighting throughout, and complimentary plush robes and slippers for him and her. The awesome surprise - a heated toilet seat and bidet! There was a fridge in the dining area which was separate from the hotel mini bar; very convenient for waters, sodas and leftovers from dinner. This was a nice touch, as one normally has to request a fridge for a fee. The lounge downstairs always had fresh bites, and cold sodas, water, juice and fancy espresso coffee drinks. In the morning there were breakfast bites, a nice cheese and nut option in the afternoon, and a little sweet in the evening. Nice! There was a separate entrance for these rooms, always with a security person near the door to check room keys. We felt very safe and fancy! The Aria Casino was a lot of fun - we didn't win every day, but we had a blast playing slots in the main casino and at the various bars around the property. We had dinner at Julian Serrano's Tapas Bar - OMG! So good!! We sat at the bar and had the server make suggestions on some specialties. We tried the 'canned' fish (yellowtail), Tuna Cones, Meat & Cheese and Gambas. Every dish was perfect for 2 to share and soooo delicious! Lunch at Salt and Ivy was also quite lovely, and we had attentive service from Jeffrey. The Caesar Salad was perfection! We also had lunch at Javier's Mexican - we sat at the bar and had crab and scallop enchiladas, as well as a steak quesadilla. The only bummer here was the amount of salt around the rim of the margarita glass - much of it got into the drink, and it was nearly inedible. Service was good and quick, however. We've stayed at the main rooms in Aria in the past, but this adventure in the Sky Suites has set the bar for our next visit for sure! For the price, it is definitely worth having a beautiful place to enjoy outside the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Hubby and I have traveled extensively around the world, and many times to Las Vegas. Due to Covid, we haven't traveled since 2019; this trip to the Sky Suites brought us right back to some of the luxurious travels we've had in the past. We'll be back! read more

If everything in the room had been working properly when we arrived, this would be a 5-star rating for sure. The only reason I think Aria Sky Suites deserves a 4-star rating is because we arrived to our quite pricey 2-bedroom penthouse suite to find that 2 of the 4 TVs in the room did not work, 1 of the 2 jacuzzi tubs did not work, the doorbell to our room did not work, and a couple of lamps did not work or had burned bulbs. Normally those kinds of problems would lead me to give a 1- or 2-star rating at best. But there were several other aspects of our stay that deserved 5 stars, so I evened it out to be a 4-star overall rating. With that said, the fact that no one at the hotel offered *any* sort of remedy for these problems is a concern. There was no offer by the front desk or a manager of even a free buffet or something simple for our troubles. I was actually surprised at that, given the level of all the problems we encountered. On our first day there, the maintenance staff was able to fix the 2 TVs. On the morning of our second day, the maintenance staff was able to fix the jacuzzi tub in one of the two bedrooms. The doorbell to the room was never fixed. The biggest problem was the jacuzzi tub that didn't work on that first day. When guests pay many hundreds of dollars for one of the most expensive suites in a 5-star resort, they expect things to be in working order when they arrive. The room was beautiful and featured several live plants, which was nice. The color palette was warm, and the environment modern. Furniture was upscale, comfortable, and not marked up with damage and nicks like you find in many (if not most) hotels. The housekeeping staff was great... friendly, professional, and top notch. Due to the fact we had no doorbell working and couldn't put our "privacy" button on or hang a "do not disturb" sign, it seemed like they must've come in and out of the room almost every time we left. The garbage cans were always empty in the room, a little package of 5 chocolates would show up un-announced, and the room would be refreshed more than once during the day. The staff overall was very friendly, and you simply can't beat the privacy that comes from a separate entrance to the Sky Suites, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino. The woman who greeted us at the private check-in was incredibly friendly and professional, and the entire check-in process took only about 3 to 5 minutes. It was a breeze. Only one time during our stay did we have other people in our elevator with us, and we never had to wait for elevators. For regular Vegas travelers, you know how rare that is. The Sky Suites Lounge - a private area with complimentary snacks and drinks - was a real treat. (And I say that as someone who almost always finds these types of things annoying.) Around-the-clock free coffee, wine, soft drinks, tea, juices and snacks are yours... in a really nice, comfortable setting that is inviting to all. They had croissants, apple turnovers, different breads and cheeses and crackers, and all sorts of food items at various times of the day. This is a much nicer perk than I thought it would be, and the staff was constantly hard at work, refreshing everything. I was really impressed. Overall, it was a quite good stay. It would've been outstanding though, if they'd had everything in working order in the room when we arrived. Expensive, but not luxurious. Probably the worst value on the strip. Decent rooms, but nothing special. Poorly maintained, terrible service. Rooms are okay but not great and have limited views. However, maintenance and housekeeping are lacking and this is not a high end property. You don't get what you pay for, and we will be staying somewhere else next time. Aria Sky Suites, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways ... For starters, you picked up me and the Mr from the airport in a limo, to be dropped of at our private check in area. While I was initially annoyed because my 1 bedroom penthouse with Strip view was not ready until 2:56 pm (check in is at 3 pm), the room and the service we received soon trumped my grumpiness. As a peace offering, the front desk sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. Apology accepted! There are snacks and drinks down in the lobby area, including Fiji Water, which was a nice perk. They also offer nightly wine and cheese starting at 4 pm. Score!! We arrived to our room, with the most beautiful views of the Strip. In room coffee maker with 2 cups of coffee and water for the Keurig were provided each day. Want to look at the nutritional info of the mini bar snacks? No problem, Aria gets it! Take a gander in under 60 seconds, otherwise they assume you want it and will charge you (unlike other hotels that charge you if you so much as breathe on it) The steam shower in my bathroom helped my Houstonian nose recover from the dry, desert air. This is something I used each day and this is the only hotel I have stayed at in Vegas that offered this (I'm not saying others don't, just saying I have not encountered this at Four Seasons, Cosmo, Mandalay, MGM or Venetian). With the Sky Suites, you get tram service included, as well as other incentives on food and beverage, and private pool area. For my 700th Yelp review. a) It had to be a 5-star rating, and b) it had to be something lucky, like something Vegas...here we go. Aria is nice. Aria Tower Suites are nicer. Aria SkySuites....well damn. Isn't this the way life was supposed to be lived? Limo rides to and from airport. Check. Separate check-in and concierge. Check. Massive suites. Check. Master bath bigger than my first apartment. Check. Toilet seat warmer and naughty bits cleaner. Yup, check. Okay, this list could go on forever. But our 2-room and living room suite was a ton of space for just two people. We had 3 flat screen huge TVs, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, and yes a heated toilet. I mean I have stayed in some nice rooms in Vegas, but this one...this one was the bees t*ts. Best part is we went during the calm prior to Xmas and the SkySuite upgrades were super cheap. I thought the Tower Suite reservation would be nice, but getting the keys to a whole other side of the resort (with a private pool area too), and all the additional amenities and square footage was amazing. Limos were available pretty much at our needs to. Private check-in. Private entrance. Had zero issues w/ the restaurants we wanted (even off-property). And just the nicest staff folks. We had one minor issue with a lamp that wouldn't turn on manually or through the room integrated iPad (yes I said room integrated iPad for all lights, curtains, tub, TVs, etc...basically if it was electronic, the iPad controlled it. I could have probably washed my butt with the iPad controller...miss out on that, damn). Any way...one broken light. They brought not a new bulb...a new lamp...in under 5 minutes. Wow. So to say we had a comfortable, quiet, restful, amazing 3-nights stay is an understatement. SkySuite life is the only way to do Vegas. read more

OK, strap in for a long one here. Before I get into this review and the story that precipitated it, I want to set a few things up. My wife and I have stayed at Sky Suites nearly a dozen times over the years; we go out there 2-3 times a year and Sky Suites is usually the destination (we stayed at Bellagio this past July only because, when we originally booked, Aria was still closed due to COVID). We've typically reviewed in the 8-10/10 range, but over the last few stays, it's been declining. We love the overall Aria/CityCenter environment, the location, etc. Conceptually, Sky Suites should be a slam dunk every time. In concept, they pull out all the stops. In execution, they have routinely demonstrated ineptitude when it comes to preventing and mitigating issues--most likely, this is due to the staff lacking the empowerment to deal with issues among luxury clientele. I understand limitations or refusals to bend in freebie rooms. But, when dropping four figures a night, the staff should pretty much be able to do whatever they need to in order to rectify a situation. My wife and I woke up one morning around 6:30 a.m. to the sound of water dripping in the bathroom. As it happened, our upstairs neighbor had overflowed their tub. I immediately called down to report the issue. The ceiling was damaged, the recessed light was falling in, and water was flowing. Obviously, this wasn't Sky Suites' fault. We weren't even mad about it; we thought it was funny ("Some guys can't handle Vegas!"). We agreed that we'd stay out of the room for the duration of the day so maintenance could fix everything and be done with it. No harm, no foul. (I think, at this point, a little token room credit of like $100 or whatever for the inconvenience would be the obvious play, but apparently I'm wrong. Apparently, I'm still having a full-fare "luxury experience" at this point.) My wife returned at 10:30 p.m. Nothing had been addressed. Water was still dripping into the room and it was spreading. She slipped and almost injured herself. She went to the front desk. For her inconvenience, she was offered a $250 credit and the opportunity to move rooms. I was at NYNY playing when she called me. I gave up my Friday night to deal with everything. I know 2-BR penthouses are limited in quantity, so it's hard to move someone in our position. The manager on duty at the time wasn't on in the morning and so he inherited the mess. But unaddressed and untenable it was, and now, rather than us dealing with everything during the day, we were going to have to move rooms in the middle of the night. I had to call my friend back from playing to pack up his things (he was staying in the second bedroom). We were dropped nine floors. I suggested an upgrade to a villa; seemed like fair recompense and, at that point, I'd have let everything go. Apparently, Eric didn't have the authority to make that happen. Penthouse #2? Well, it had a leaky showerhead that had to be repaired (so maintenance was in that room from 11:30 to 12:30). We found a used container for illegal drugs. There was water damage on the second bedroom wall. Several lights were out and other items weren't functioning properly. There were screw holes in the front door of the suite. In the end, I spent nearly eight hours of my trip dealing with the issues. We received no offer to upgrade, a mere $250 credit, just one night off, and "a free upgrade on the next trip" (which isn't gonna happen, BTW). What they should have done is, without any haggling needed on my end, is comp the trip. It was that bad and that bungled. "Trey, this situation has been totally botched and it's completely unacceptable. Here's another room that's not quite as good (because we don't have any identical ones). You're not having a true 'luxury experience' and you've been a loyal guest for years. To make up for it, enjoy the rest of your trip on us and we can't wait to see you next time." But, no. I still very much had a nice hit on the card when I got home. I have half a mind to dispute the charge. Had they done that or sent us upstairs to a villa, we 1,000% would go back. But they didn't do either. We've officially given up on Sky Suites. It's been deteriorating for years and we've indicated that in the surveys. Simple maintenance items haven't been regularly addressed. Staff can't (or won't) do what is needed to make a bad situation right. I'm not going to pay thousands for a "luxury experience" (their terminology) that's anything but. It's a five-star resort. It behaves like a two; the staff is undisciplined, incapable, and there's zero attention to detail. read more

No worries...the attendant would be very happy to give you one too !!! every 90 mins they walk past you to make sure your ok....Need Water?...anything you guys need? this is pampering 4-10 Lounge at the lobby at the sky Suites..Is the perfect place to unwind your pool or gambling before you get ready to Party for the night...They have Coffee, Pastries, Grapes and cheese and of course the wine to pair it.... The 2 bedroom Suite is a choice I made worthy of my experience and thanks to Lupe for that. So much to say about this place...only good things! First time staying here for my special occasion, and it won't be the last. It's like Zoolander meets Channel!!! As upscale as it gets here. It seems far away from the crowds, noise and fuss...you really get to enjoy the time slow down at Aria Sky Suites. Living room space at our suite was ample enough to host nice private party and elegant enough to indulge yourself with some selfies m. From the check in to check out, you will get the most smooth service at Aria Sky Suites Staff...they were all professional and engaging. You could prearrange pick up from and to airport for free of charge...ASS will pick you up in style. You are expected to spend more in here but you will be glad you did!!! Service was much better this time and the staff seemed more prepared for the uptick in travel.
