I am glad i was wrong, they welcomed me in and I chose to sit at the bar. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with a glass of Red Wine. The food was so good, after traveling a bit sometimes all you need is a simple good home spun meal. None of the fancy stuff, none of the Asian twists, just a good well cooked delicious meal... A generous portion of chicken. Pan seared with plentiful marinara and gently browned mozzarella cheese, paired with ziti on the same tomato sauce. Took my time savoring it and then opted for a house made tiramisu. Well done here... the restaurant looks Sophisticated and can be romantic if need be. It's a good place for a date. Came here for a friend's birthday and the ambiance was good. We were seated first and then asked to move once the bread was out which was weird but we remained polite to them. I Ordered the Safe Word and it was genuinely unpleasant--bitter, smoky, nothing like the menu described. Asked for a replacement and got the Hugo instead, which was so much better with those basil notes. The smash burger they recommended was solid, but the fries were a letdown. They looked and tasted like they'd been air-fried instead of being actual truffle fries. And when I asked for ranch? They brought Hidden Valley. At a place like this, that's rough. My friends had mixed experiences too--some dishes were decent, others just fine. Nothing that stood out. But here's the real thing: we told them we were celebrating a birthday, and when I had to ask about dessert, they basically brushed it off. Most restaurants in this category do something complimentary for birthdays. Not even an offer here. The service was genuinely strange. Not friendly at all. I was not expecting the restaurant to be on the more upscale side but it was a pleasant surprise. I had reservations on a Saturday night so we were able to be seated and greeted by our server right away. The cocktails turned out yummy. We got a kiwi margarita and a Water Lily cocktail. The Water Lily was no longer on the menu but the server was able to make it happen for us and we really appreciated it! We got complementary focaccia bread and butter as well as an order of a half dozen oysters to start. The oysters were from the Canadian East Coast, they were refreshing. We got a spicy rigatoni to share, which ended up being a bit more saucy than creamy. My friend got the lamb chops and I got the filet. I ordered the filet medium but it ended up being almost well done. I felt so bad sending it back but they agreed it was way overcooked and remade it for me. The manager brought it out to me herself and double checked that it was okay which was very nice. We got tiramisu for dessert and and it was yummy! A bit different from the classic as the bottom of the slice only had one layer of lady fingers soaked in the espresso but I liked it! Our server was great, checked in with us and refilled our waters constantly, and was always there to clear finished plates and utensils out of the way and bring fresh clean ones for us to use with our next dish. For a restaurant space attached to a plaza I found the valet parking unnecessary but I suppose it matches the fancy vibes it gives off. My friend and I self parked though since the regular parking lot was not far at all. read more

I was planning to visit a friend that stayed not too far from Aria. As I was on my way, I stumbled upon this gem. I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and a drink so I stopped here. When I walked in the front door I was blown away by the beauty of the dining room. While in a strip mall the improvements made that detail unrecognizable when you walked through the door. I sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive. The menu was small but very appealing. I ordered the meatballs and minestrone soup. Both were quite filling and satisfying. We went to Aria for the first time for our 1 year anniversary. The food, service, and overall experience were great. The place was clean, pretty, and their wine wall was cool. we got the private booth which felt romantic Our server was very respectful and efficient at his job. For appetizer we ordered the Burrata which good and nice in flavor but would've liked some more bread. We both mainly got pasta and chicken dishes for our main course which were EXQUISITE. This spot was a real treat. We came in for my wife's birthday dinner last week and everything was excellent. The burrata and meatballs were both delicious and flavorful. We also shared a few bites each of the Cacio E Pepe, which was excellent. I opted for the short rib, which I have to say was one of the best short ribs I can remember having for some time. Everything was so good here tonight! The service was awesome. We got seated very quickly. The drinks were great. I had the aria drink which came out a bit fruity and citrusy. Beef carpaccio and beef tips were wonderful Pastas were great I could eat the spicy rigatoni every day if I could. The menu has good items on it, was looking forward to their chicken parm but it looks like it was taken off of the menu. The food was good, but the hype felt overrated, my husband and I weren't crazy about some of the food items. Also, their pop was flat. We didn't like that they charge you for pop refills. They say it's because it comes from a bottle, but I personally think that's a petty charge. I didn't argue or anything, a couple of bucks isn't going to affect me, I just feel that if you choose to serve pop, serve it, don't charge per cup. Same for the zip sauce. We ordered an extra side for the ribeye because we thought it was dry and we got charged for the extra side. Some of the more expensive restaurants we've been to don't even do that. The soup was inedible, had no taste and super thick consistency. Whatever happened to an untouched plate going back into a kitchen and not one person wondered. Hmmmmm I wonder if something was wrong! Cacio e pepe which is an amazing dish when prepared, correctly, again was not edible. It's 5 ingredients and theirs tasted nothing like the Roman classic. Sorry but this was an epic fail. we went to aria last thursday for dinner. i ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. there was hardly any meat in the sauce and it tasted like they opened can of hunts tomato past and poured it on top. it was the worst serving of spaghetti with meat sauce i have ever had. my girl friend ordered clam pasta linguine which she could not eat because it was so highly seasoned. the service was mediocre but the bread was good. this place is a one and done. read more
