I was planning to visit a friend that stayed not too far from Aria. As I was on my way, I stumbled upon this gem. I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and a drink so I stopped here. When I walked in the front door I was blown away by the beauty of the dining room. While in a strip mall the improvements made that detail unrecognizable when you walked through the door. I sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive. The menu was small but very appealing. I ordered the meatballs and minestrone soup. Both were quite filling and satisfying. I was not expecting the restaurant to be on the more upscale side but it was a pleasant surprise. I had reservations on a Saturday night so we were able to be seated and greeted by our server right away. The cocktails turned out yummy. We got a kiwi margarita and a Water Lily cocktail. The Water Lily was no longer on the menu but the server was able to make it happen for us and we really appreciated it! We got complementary focaccia bread and butter as well as an order of a half dozen oysters to start. The oysters were from the Canadian East Coast, they were refreshing. We got a spicy rigatoni to share, which ended up being a bit more saucy than creamy. My friend got the lamb chops and I got the filet. I ordered the filet medium but it ended up being almost well done. I felt so bad sending it back but they agreed it was way overcooked and remade it for me. The manager brought it out to me herself and double checked that it was okay which was very nice. We got tiramisu for dessert and and it was yummy! A bit different from the classic as the bottom of the slice only had one layer of lady fingers soaked in the espresso but I liked it! Our server was great, checked in with us and refilled our waters constantly, and was always there to clear finished plates and utensils out of the way and bring fresh clean ones for us to use with our next dish. For a restaurant space attached to a plaza I found the valet parking unnecessary but I suppose it matches the fancy vibes it gives off. My friend and I self parked though since the regular parking lot was not far at all. read more

I have been to this restaurant twice the first in the bar during happy hour but, we ordered from the menu. The second for my dad's 90th Birthday. Each time was wonderful, service was perfect, food was remarkable, and the restaurant is swanky. read more

Celebrating Valentine's Day we dined at Aria the night prior to the holiday and enjoyed such a nice dinner. Very accommodating for our seating needs, and every course following did not disappoint. Beet salad appetizer, Clam Linguini, and Chicken Lemone were perfect. Followed by tiramisu for dessert, our server Christina helped make all our entree choices perfect for our tastes. read more

This spot was a real treat. We came in for my wife's birthday dinner last week and everything was excellent. The burrata and meatballs were both delicious and flavorful. We also shared a few bites each of the Cacio E Pepe, which was excellent. I opted for the short rib, which I have to say was one of the best short ribs I can remember having for some time. All told, we were all really impressed with this place - eager to come back and try some more of the menu offerings! read more

The renovation has transformed this restaurant into a modern hip vibe. Our waitress was very good. We shared the Caesar salad as an appetizer and it was just ok. I got the filet which was excellent. Really liked the zip sauce. My husband got the ribeye and said it was delicious. I would go back for a special occasion but probably not for a regular meal since it is pricey. read more

The food and service we had here was amazing. The not your father's old fashioned espresso martini, and Cacio e Pepe was delicious. There is complementary bread service which we all love!! When you first pull into the parking lot you may be surprised to see this restaurant is in a plaza. In a way when you're inside you can still kind of tell, however the place and atmosphere is beautiful. It still gives a fancy elegant vibe. I can't wait to go back again. read more

We ate at Aria last night and had an excellent experience with friends again. One friend had the scallops, his wife the branzino and both enjoyed. My wife had the cacio e Pepe and I had spicy rigatoni with shrimp added (pictured) which was great. Great addition to the area. read more

Everything was so good here tonight! The service was awesome. We got seated very quickly. The drinks were great. I had the aria drink which came out a bit fruity and citrusy. Beef carpaccio and beef tips were wonderful Pastas were great I could eat the spicy rigatoni every day if I could. Truffle frites were very good Dessert (mousse cup with oreo) - was very tasty and we all enjoyed it. Will come back and will recommend to all my friends and family 10/10 read more

First time here after it being the former Sposita's. Loved the much needed remodel! Happy to see Robert when we first walked in, who greeted us with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for making my niece's 8th birthday so special :) They brought out, on the house, nicely fresh and tasty focaccia bread - so good! We tried the beef tips, shrimp diablo and roasted beet salad for starters. All were yummy.. the beet salad being my favorite. For our meals we had the wagyu smash burgers (great, just wish they were a lil bit not so well-done) filets (perfect) spicy rigatoni (delish!) truffle frites, lemon potatoes, brussells sprouts (wish they had a bit more vinaigrette) and creamy corn. Oh, and their cappuccinos came out in the cutest cups! Made us all smile. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented. New restaurant was trying out for a last minute dinner date. I booked a reservation 30 minutes prior to arriving. Turn out to be a wonderful experience. Beautiful restaurant overall, staff was very friendly, manager greeted us and check in on us thru out the nite. Our waitress was informative , and attentive all evening. Great ambiance, vibe, great service. The hostess, waitress, and bus boys were awesome. The menu has good items on it, was looking forward to their chicken parm but it looks like it was taken off of the menu. The food was good, but the hype felt overrated, my husband and I weren't crazy about some of the food items. Also, their pop was flat. We didn't like that they charge you for pop refills. They say it's because it comes from a bottle, but I personally think that's a petty charge. I didn't argue or anything, a couple of bucks isn't going to affect me, I just feel that if you choose to serve pop, serve it, don't charge per cup. Same for the zip sauce. We ordered an extra side for the ribeye because we thought it was dry and we got charged for the extra side. Some of the more expensive restaurants we've been to don't even do that. My neighbor invited me to join her for a drink at the bar! I enjoyed a GG Cosmo and Tuna Tartare not to be followed up by Spicy Shrimp and concluded with the Oreo Dirt cup and a GranMarnier, how luscious! On a good note our 12yr old son thought it was pretty good. Not sure if it was just an off night. Our server was new and knew nothing about the food. The soup was inedible, had no taste and super thick consistency. Whatever happened to an untouched plate going back into a kitchen and not one person wondered. Hmmmmm I wonder if something was wrong! Cacio e pepe which is an amazing dish when prepared, correctly, again was not edible. It's 5 ingredients and theirs tasted nothing like the Roman classic. Sorry but this was an epic fail. we went to aria last thursday for dinner. i ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. there was hardly any meat in the sauce and it tasted like they opened can of hunts tomato past and poured it on top. it was the worst serving of spaghetti with meat sauce i have ever had. my girl friend ordered clam pasta linguine which she could not eat because it was so highly seasoned. the service was mediocre but the bread was good. this place is a one and done. read more
