In terms of the booking, this place is very accommodating and responsive. I had many questions on the various couples packages. They answered what they could immediately and called me back (had in person customers) to finish responding to my questions. I called 13 days in advance to try to schedule the visit for my wife's actual birthday (a Sunday). They only had availability on the Saturday for that same weekend so i booked. The weekend before my appointment, they called to say they were able to move my appointment to the Sunday for my wife's actual birthday. I declined as we already scheduled other plans for the Sunday, but i did express my gratitude for them trying to accommodate the special occasion. For the spa visit, they were welcoming when we arrive and the massage specialists we had were excellent. They confirmed any body areas that needed special attention and then the appropriate amount of pressure. My wife also said she enjoyed her massage. It was a very good experience. We had our own room and after everything was done the package also included champagne and chocolates so we sat and had those at the end before we left the room. However, on the day of my next appointment, I arrived on time only to find I had been switched to another masseuse without any notice or explanation. This was brushed off as a "minor mistake," despite the fact that the schedule was agreed upon by all three parties--myself, the front desk, and the masseuse. This is not a good first impression, and it shows a lack of communication and consideration for clients' time. If you choose this location, I strongly suggest double-checking your appointments in advance. Personally, I will be taking my business elsewhere where communication and professionalism are taken more seriously.

We called in advance the first time and they were able to take two of us within 10 minutes. The second time when there were 3 of us, they were able to take us within 45 minutes. They do basic "bodywork" massages for $45 an hour, plus card fees, which is a very good price. They charge $2.33 extra per massage for using a credit card. What I didn't like is that it can be a hit or miss. One therapist did a very light massage (not getting out knots) and even answered phone calls during my massage. She also started later and ended earlier than others who started earlier than me. They also default to hot stones, so you have to tell them in advance you don't want it. We forgot to do it for our second massage and it was done, but it was like less than a minute. The rooms are separated only by curtains as well. Overall, the price point is good, but the service and the therapist can be random and unpredictable. It seems like some folks who call seem to know who is best and will call in advance to book their session with certain folks.
