Be wary of presented "gifts" or "store credits" in your purchase which are unexplained and can boost up the purchase price. Everything has a cost that may not (and in my case) be explained by sales or management. Having a grievance with my mattress purchase one month earlier and high inflated cost to exchange, I was told by the Naples management that it was a corporate decision to resolve. Once I spoke with corporate, they told me that the local management actually madethe final denial of billing adjustments.
