Apt complex is beautiful, apts are decent size, and staff are super friendly. The issues is since moving in sleep is slim to none. Quiet time rules aren't followed and the neighbors above are nocturnal, they have so many different people in and out all night you can't even tell who lives there. Trash and parking rules aren't enforced. For this price it's not worth it, should have taken the house instead! But the ladies get you they won my mother in law over and we instantly regret it. I love that each apartment complex has its own patio; this has greatly blessed the quality of our lives. The layouts are all incredibly open and functional; I can tell that Edward Rose & Sons have been in the industry for a long time. There is so much lawn space on this property which is kept artistically mowed by Integrity Landscaping. I have been able to use the lawn space for picnics, reading, and games with friends. Our friends with children have also really appreciated the lawn spaces and the walking paths. I love that the maintenance team does routine and preventative maintenance throughout the year! I've never had that before. Of course this isn't the time for them do other maintenance requests; but all of my other requests are responded to ASAP! The maintenance team is all so efficient, professional, and well-trained, they hardly ever have to call in other professionals! When they do, the professional relationships are impeccable. I really respect that. The office staff is also incredibly helpful and professional! Along with treats in the office throughout the year, they also host many parties and events. I loved our pool party last summer! I would say the most popular events are the food trucks. This summer we've had many different kinds of food and treats roll through - many nights a week! Other events may be smaller but much more meaningful. There is consistent attention towards the quality of life for the residents here, and it shows. I am grateful for our pool and clubhouse; I know in our desert area and family community, these are some of the best perks! I'm also grateful for both dogs parks! I hope that we can get bigger, clearer maps of this property, and letters on the front and sides of the buildings that can be seen at night. I will put that in my yearly questionnaire. I can tell they actually read those, and continually take steps to better the property. I am so grateful to live here. Thank you so much Badger Canyon Apartments Team!!!

I have had to call for maintenance a couple of times and within the hour have had a resolution (one time a new refrigerator in less than an hour. Another time they had a company come out and suction hose clean the entire dryer ventilation unit that quickly.) They are REAL people and they take their job seriously. They always say, "This is our job, our career, it's our duty to find you the best home for you." My apartment is modern (all appliances are modern, maintained, and are of a better caliper than you would find in most places. i.e. the washer has tons of selections.) We have a wood burning fireplaces with modern tile hearths and glass double closure doors. The carpets are kept clean and vacuum up nicely. The double walk in closet in the master bedroom is exceptional. The bathrooms are spacious and there is a linen closet in the master. There are no light fixtures in the bedroom so you would need lamps. The back porch is spacious and private. Storage on the back porch is spacious. We are right by the mall and many, many restaurants, yet tucked into a tree patch. They offer covered parking for an extra fee, tanning, a swimming pool, a 24 hour fitness center, and garages. There does seem to be a need for a few more parking spaces, though. I believe there is a basketball court, as well. The apartments are well insulated and I haven't heard anyone else from within mine. It's quiet here, also.

BLACK MOLD. BAD MANAGEMENT. OVERPRICED Worst apartment…read morecomplex I've ever lived in. Management isn't steady there's someone new every 3 months. The front desk people are never any help and have the worst attitude ever. Then when we first moved in our washer wasn't installed right and flooded our whole living room with a brand new rug we just got for that apartment. The "brand new" dishwasher didn't work so they replaced it with an old one they had in storage that would leak from the floor as well. Kitchen counter would literally fall apart on us. Spare room door didn't fit the frame so we had to put a pillow behind the door when we wanted to keep it closed. Then our shower had a leak happened behind the wall that lead to BLACK MOLD growing everywhere around our shower. We put our first work order to get it fixed in July and we still had mold issue when we moved out in June! Pretty much a whole year and they couldn't fix it? Why am I paying rent somewhere when they aren't providing adequate living conditions. They even cut out a big chuck of wall and replaced the wall without fixing the leak? For months we had a pieace of wall missing by our shower exposing the black mold with a heater blowing into it to "dry out" the mold. We put constant work orders in and nothing would get done. I had actually concerns for our health living in a moldy shower/bathroom. Would you feel clean after getting out of a shower like that? Then the sprinklers in front of the apartment complex would flood right in front of our place and you pretty much had to get soaked every time trying to get in and out of the place. Imagine trying to bring in groceries with a flooded sidewalk and grass with sprinklers spraying everywhere. The list just goes on and on with things wrong at this place. I could definitely knit pick at more things like parking, overfilled dumpster, etc. I would never refer anyone to this place.
