Only hiccup was that I didn't realize that it was cash only, so I ended up paying on pickup instead of drop off. I showed up a little before the promised time, and said I'd wait if my clothes weren't ready. But they were, all neatly folded and waiting. I could smell that she had followed my request to use my detergent, and not any of the stuff with perfumes and all. Price seemed reasonable for the mounds of clothes I brought in, and I can honestly say I've never done that neat of a job if folding.

I ended up spending an hour driving to retrieve my own order, and when I asked the owner for a reasonable price adjustment for the inconvenience, he refused, stating he couldn't give it to me "for free" -- even though I never asked for that. He eventually offered a $15 credit for my next visit but made no apology and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I paid the full price, received poor service, and was treated with indifference. There was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, or basic customer courtesy. I would not trust this business again -- especially if your items are time-sensitive or important.

I had a few hours worth of a lot of laundry and it was so easy to get everything done with all the large washing machines and even larger dryers. The washing machines and dryers were very quick and efficient. I spent very little to dry my clothes. I had Apple Pay and Patrick cashed out my Apple with bills so I could use the change machine onsite. He had lots of detergent cups to make holding the coins easier. Then he showed me how to use the washers and the dryers. He also helped me estimate the amount of cash needed to use them. He was a life saver! I highly recommend this laundromat. There was seating with a few tables, a tv, change machine, ability to get cash while using Apple Pay, play area for kids, toy/candy machines that take quarters, lots of baskets with wheels and a two large areas to fold and organize clean clothes. I've been when it was relatively busy and slow and both experiences were fine. I love that the tv isn't blaring and just kept at a regular volume. I personally don't watch reality tv or court shows or the View so this was a plus to not be forced to pay attention to it. Headphones are still helpful if you sit there waiting like I do. I haven't been to a laundry mat in probably twenty years so I'm a bit paranoid from bad experiences of my stuff being stolen. Overall it feels safe and there is on site staff of at least one person that I noticed. The machines are fast and I'm outta there in 23 minutes to go dry my stuff at home. They also have varied sizes that are different prices. Overall would recommend this location.
