Great experiance with these guys. I like to do all my own work on my house. I found gattshall on craigslist and sent a picture of the barn with the measurement. Had a quote within an hour, and was right in the ballpark of what I thought was fair. I told them great, you can come out whenever you want, was hoping to have it done within the next month. He said they would be by the following week On Tuesday. Fine with me, I could be there anytime. They called on the way Tuesday afternoon. The guys showed up got right to work, did the downspot how I wanted it, they were thinking the same thing I was. Great material, nice and thick not garbage, good job, was very happy.

Gattshall's Gutters will not honor warranty on gutters they install. After several months of…read moregetting the run around they stopped answering our calls and text requests to repair the gutters that were installed on the front of our house with a lifetime warranty. I then called (with another phone number) and asked for an estimate on the back side of our house for gutter installation. When the owner got to the house and gave an estimate, I told him that it was me who had been calling and asking for the repair on the front to be done. He looked at the gutters that were hanging, agreed that they should not have pulled away, and said that he would be back "tomorrow" to fix the gutters, but he never showed up and again ignored our calls and texts. As a response to a negative review that we posted, the owner then claimed that we were not customers.

Overall, I am very happy with the result of my project that included roofing, siding, and gutters…read more It was a big project with lots of moving parts and a few hiccups along the way. First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.
