I told them I needed 42in fencing per the HOA deed restrictions and they still quoted me for 48". When the HOA denied it, then they switched the quote to say 42in. I don't know why they didn't just do that the first time but ‍. Also didn't have any change in price for less materials, but whatever. I had to pay for the fence 100% up front, which isn't cool either. Why should I have to pay for something 2-3 months before it is installed? I asked about needing a permit, and they told me "no" as they had installed several others in the subdivision. Guess who ended up getting a fine. Andy told me he would send me cash or a gift card but never did. I tried calling their corporate office because I could never get in touch with their local office in Delaware, OH, and was told Andy's boss would call me back. Nope, Andy called me 2 times within 10 minutes while I was trying to teach. I even told the lady at corporate I would need a call back after a certain time. ItIt'ss like listening was the least concern on their mind, it was more about getting my money. The install team, a two-man team, was AMAZING. They stayed all day, nearly 12 hours to get the fence done in one day because I literally waited almost 4 months for it. The fence itself looks great and can keep my pup contained, which I appreciate.

They stayed with me from start to finish. My city was slow on the permit, but this company stayed on it!! Once the permit was done, my fence and a few other odd jobs were done in less than two days.
