They were respectful and meticulous in protecting not only my property but also my neighbor's property. Their attention to detail for all aspects of the job cannot be overstated. Jason proactively reached out to both of my neighbors to let them know that they would be working on my roof and that he would make sure that any debris on their property was properly cleaned up and gave them business cards to contact if there was a problem. Jason sat down with us beforehand and explained every step of the process in great detail and answered every question we had, spending well over an hour talking with us. While the crew was working, Jason took great care to send us photos every step of the process and explaining what the crew was doing - close to 100 photos over the three days which was very helpful and appreciated. Jason's cost estimates are very thorough, so the end cost was very close to the original estimate (minus some minor wood charges, which is to be expected). Overall, Jason and team did a fantastic job, and I would have no hesitation in hiring him in the future.
