Pricing very fair. Showed up on time and gave me a 15min before arrival time to give Aengus a quick walk prior. So happy to finally have found my long term groomer! ( I'm foster failing two 9wk corgi pups... who will join the Woofers space days when old enough).

Their pricing was one of the main reasons we chose them--the quoted $129 felt like a good value compared to other groomers. Booking was easy, and they let us know ahead of time that because they're solar-powered and we were the last appointment of the day, they'd need to use our home's electricity. It was an unusual request, but we agreed. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the expectations. The groomer arrived late due to issues with earlier appointments, which disrupted our afternoon. Once they arrived, getting our dog into the mobile unit was simple, and while he was understandably a little anxious with a new groomer and a new environment, nothing about his behavior was outside the norm. When the service was done, we were surprised to have the total was $170 instead of the quoted $129. An unexpected $30 "handling fee" was added, which didn't feel warranted. The groomer even mentioned he had video proof that our dog was "hard to work with," which made the interaction feel overly transactional rather than understanding. Given that they were late and used our electricity, the upcharges felt like bad business practice and made the originally attractive pricing feel misleading. On top of that, our dog was returned completely damp. The groomer towel-dried instead of using a dryer, and as a result, our dog smelled like damp fur--not even the scent of shampoo--for the rest of the day. Overall, the combination of lateness, unclear pricing, added fees, and the quality of the grooming left us disappointed. We had hoped for a better experience, but based on this visit, we'd recommend looking elsewhere

The set up for self dog wash is incredibly cute. Everyone greeted me the first time Kealoha and I walked in there and we are greeted every time we've been back. Their wash tubs, soaps, ear cleaners, and face wash, supply is wonderful!! They also have specialized shampoos too if your doggo(s) needs that. My absolute favorite thing about this place is their dryers. Dirty Dog Wash has the strongest dryers I've ever used in a doggy wash and I absolutely love the conditioning products they offer. Ive also never had to groom my golden but I've seen them groom dogs there and they make them look incredible!! I would definitely trust this shop and team if I wanted to get Kealoha groomed. Overall this is my new favorite dog wash shop!!

The owner, Nick, is very hands-on and truly cares about the dogs that come through the shop. Our pup has always been well taken care of, and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. They are great about fitting her in for a bath whenever possible. Haircuts do need to be scheduled in advance (usually a month or two out), which just shows how popular they are. They also offer a self-wash option where you can use their tubs and products if you want to wash your dog yourself. We tried it once, but honestly we feel like Nick does a much better job than we do! It's a great local spot on Main Street in Huntington Beach, and after 13 years of coming here, we're very grateful to have them in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

I wanted to share my experience with Zoom Room Huntington Beach because I ran into several issues…read morethat made me decide not to continue with their training program. I attended an Obedience 2 session on September 27th. When I arrived, the waiting area outside had a strong smell of urine, which made me question how often that space is cleaned. During class, we were given a plate for treats, and I wasn't comfortable using it without knowing how frequently they're sanitized. Before attending, I had called for help with the app because I was unsure how to manage the class schedule. I was advised to try the first class before committing to anything else, and I asked to be removed from all waitlists. Even so, the next day--September 28th--I was still added to another class I had specifically asked not to be enrolled in. I canceled it immediately and requested confirmation that I wouldn't be charged for it. On September 30th, I emailed to request a refund for the unused classes. I was told I'd only be charged for the one session on the 27th. My total charge was $405, and I expected to be refunded everything except that single class. Instead, it wasn't until I filed a dispute with my credit card company that on October 25 I received a refund for only $324. I was charged for the class on September 28. I followed up multiple times from September through November 22nd--about six emails in total--and each time I was told that "Vince was out of the office" and that my refund was still being handled. I am still waiting on that refund. I shared this feedback with them directly because I do think simple improvements--like suggesting owners bring their own bowls or a mat for their dog--could make a difference. I was genuinely hoping to return in the future for trick or scent classes, but the lack of customer service and the difficulty getting a straightforward refund left me very disappointed. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and make changes that improve the experience for other dog parents.
