She was not fully rinsed, so is now greasy, and matting. My dog is a senior dog. I am desperately trying to find a Mobil groomer who can take care of my Australian Shepard. And was hoping they would be able to handle her. We had a text exchange, where they said a hair cut would cost more, and I said yes please add, yet they did not do a hair cut either. So now she her fur is gross and matted and over grown. -I reached out to Woofers and asked them to make this right. I believe in second chances. Mistakes can happen. Maybe just an off day? But no... it gets worse... They kindly offered to come back and finish the job I paid for, a few days later. They changed the time on me three times. Then 20 mins after they were supposed to show up, they said they wanted to come at 8pm at night, (two hours later than they were supposed to be there). Clearly, they lack professional pride and etiquette. And I can pay $200 to a ton of groomers that would perform the service I paid for. This is NOT one of them.

Having worked in a grooming environment myself, I know how much work, patience, and genuine care goes into doing quality grooms. It's easy to recognize when a team truly loves what they do, and that's exactly what I've experienced at Oui Paws. What keeps me coming back is how much they genuinely care about the dogs. Even when they see Indica outside of the salon, they always stop to give her love and attention. They remember her, make her feel special, and treat her like family. Once in the anti-room, she greets the staff member and goes to the door that leads to the yard patiently waiting for her to open the door. She looks back like saying "see you later" and she's off. On May 21, I received an email that their location had closed THE DAY BEFORE and that Long Beach and Lakewood would honor up to 5 class credits. Wtf. I went back to all my previous emails from Zoom Room HB and there was not a single announcement that they will be closing down. We immediately emailed the business requesting a refund for the unused credits and it has been over a week and we kept being told by Vince to be patient. My partner asked for a timeline, and in which Vince had requested another 5 days. I had filed a dispute for a portion of refund with my credit card company before they completely disappear. As someone in property management, the business owner would have at least known 60 days in advance (maybe even earlier depending on their lease contract) that they will not be renewing. They decided to wait until the day after closure to announce they are permanently closed to not deal with in person questions from their customers.

I can't imagine leaving my dog someplace where I couldn't see where they would be kept during the day to play, nor were there cameras mentioned do as to watch the dog during the day. I was allowed to see the kennel area, which was appeared aged, dark and smelled heavily of well, dog! They must be doing something right based on the number of dogs! And, to be fair, my neighbor just loves this place. Maybe I missed something. For me, depressing, and dank. Your mileage will hopefully vary.

We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

My husband got in contact with LeNay about pricing and LeNay encouraged us to bring the pups for an evaluation with Andrea. We went and met with Andrea and immediately I fell in love. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. There was no smell and the facility was spotless. It was a huge difference from the last place we went to. Andrea spent over an hour with us evaluating the dogs and talking about how they run their daycare. Andrea explained that they like to take the dogs on 2-3 walks when they are at the daycare full day. Andrea asked us to go on a walk with the dogs so she can evaluate how they are on leash. I really appreciated the thorough evaluation because it made me feel that Andrea cared about our dogs and that every other dog that will be coming into the facility will be appropriate. Andrea told us since they are new they are offering 1st daycare for free so we tried them out and decided to buy a 30 day pass. So for we've taken the dogs 3 times and really appreciate Andrea & Brittany. Andrea texts my husband throughout the day and gives us updates about the dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend Ruff Life for pawrents who need a trustworthy place to drop of their dogs. They also offer grooming and baths at a great price. Penelope has been here 2 times already and she loves it. They sent me photos and even a video throughout the day of her playing with another little dog and it made me so happy. She comes home and sleeps the rest of the evening because she's so tuckered out. It's great socialization for her to play with her kind and great for us that evening at least...it's like a free night for the hubby and me because she just sleeps. haha. Puppies have so much energy! Love this place! Wish I could send her here like 3 times a week.She always comes back happy, and the place is spotless. They take them on multiple walks a day, and are always supervised.

He did love the doggy daycare but when I picked him up from Bone Adventure Boarding where he stayed two nights on Sunday evening my dog was very ill. He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

Right from the beginning Mariela was very fast in her correspondence and was very flexible when we had to switch our initial consultation time. When Mariela and Martha came for the consultation, our 2 dogs took an immediate liking to them, which surprised us because both dogs are rescue dogs and are usually really weary of strangers. By the end of our 30 minute consultation in which Mariela asked many questions about the behaviors and the patterns of the dogs, the 2 dogs were snuggling with Mariela and Martha. During my trip away, I got numerous updates from Martha about the dogs' well being and she also accommodated my request to open/close blinds and turn on/off lights as well as take out trash in order to make my house look occupied. When I came home, I saw daily reports that Martha had written out about her time with the dogs. He wanted to get to know us and our pup first, so we met up and had a chat about what our dog's personality and walking style is like. I thought our dog was quirky, but turns out Chris had experience with Shepherds and knew about their quirks already, which was reassuring for us first time Shepherd owners ;) Chris is always prompt and takes longggg walks with our pup to make sure she's nice and tired. He is respectful of our wishes of not running our dog since her breed is prone to hip/joint issues, and our dog is always glad to see him because she knows she's in for a treat! Chris will even send us pictures of the two of them on walks; I like that I can keep up with him on Instagram. He even pulled through for us on our wedding day and kept the dog busy for us so we could enjoy our Best Day Ever :) Chris is enthusiastic about every one of his canine clients, and that is commendable because dog walking is a lot of work! I see Chris out and about all over Newport, so he's always taking dogs to walk cool places, even if its blazing hot out! I would definitely recommend Chris and Newport Beach Active Paws!

Suann is a true animal lover. Plus not only does she care about your animals and treat them…read morelovingly like you do... she also cares about your house and the contents. The top words I use to describe Paws Up are Loving, Contentious, Responsible and Dependable. I highly recommend Suann of Paws Up! When I come home my pets are relaxed, healthy and happy to see me. As if I had been here the whole time and returned from the store vs being away for weeks. For me, Suann feeds, cleans the litter boxs, actively plays with the cats, gives fresh water and puts kitty entertainment on the TV when she leaves. I feel relaxed knowing Suann is taking care of and loving my pets while I am away.
