Food trucks are always fun, and usually delicious, and this place doesn't disappoint. Having a gluten intolerance/allergy, food trucks are usually not something I can participate in.
Arepas are made from corn flour, and are super duper delicious. Doughy in the middle and crisp on the outside.
I had the chicken, with avocado and a side of plantain (love Plantain). The chicken was cooked deliciously, and the combination of their salsa with the avocado and warm arepas was incredible.
I would definitely recommend the plantain fries, they are seasoned with some super tasty salt.
