    Best buy has really changed and it sometimes may be due to getting lower sales. So many people walking around and no one to help you out when you walk to a certain area. It seems like they are too busy sometimes to acknowledge you while you're trying to purchase something or even ask a question. It's okay though, I knew exactly what I wanted.

    Do not purchase refrigerators or other large appliances at Best Buy. We purchased two…read morerefrigerators for our brand new home. New construction. The first crew arrived with both units. One unit was left in the garage because they could not get it down the steps. Installers did not have furniture blankets. I was told I needed to remove the railing. I couldn't, so they parked the unit in my garage to deal with later. The second one was installed on the first level, but it was completely crooked. The installers said that either my floor or cabinets were not level. So, I called the builder and we checked the next day. Everything is level in the home - it is new construction! After a call to customer service, a second crew came to fix the problem. That resulted in the refrigerator being brought all the way down to the floor, and I was told not to move it, or it would destroy my floor. They shimmed it with some available cardboard. The refrigerator was still crooked. They didn't even acknowledge the second unit so it remained in my garage. We decided to return both units. We finally purchased from a different company. No tilt. Perfect fit. Go elsewhere.

You know what else is awesome? Showing up at the T-Mobile store with three employees and a half a dozen customers immersed in the business of communicating. I was greeted and assured that someone would help me within a couple of minutes of entering the store. When I explained that I needed a new SIM card but wanted to keep my plan, these guys didn't miss a beat. There was no high pressure upsell. In fact, the gentleman helping me commented that I had a great plan. He verified that the phone was unlocked, that the SIM worked, and did it all in a friendly, efficient manner. I was out of there in less than ten minutes.

Even if they are with another customer, they welcome you and assure you that you will be helped soon. Unless you're in a hurry, this allows you some time to look around the store, check out some phones and review the latest in smartphone technology. This store carries the full line of T-Mobile phones. Although they do not have a very deep stock, anything can be delivered within hours. The staff has always been patient in answering my questions and gives me quite a bit of information about my plan, my phone and anything else I need to know.

We were very excited to get a top of the line Mattress to replace our 20 year old current one. Sleep is top priority to us because we both have demanding careers. We splurged getting the 2nd best mattress they sold. We paid $3,399.00 plus tax just for the mattress alone. After about 6 weeks, we noticed the mattress started forming a hole about midway down on the left side. I reached out to the Sales Manager Chris Kelly and they said it would be replaced. I went ahead and upgraded to the BEST mattress they sold hoping we wouldn't have the same problem. Another $400! On March 27, 2025, I reached out to Chris again to let him know we had another failure. SAME EXACT SPOT!!! He was quick to apologize and offered another replacement. We discussed what would happen if the new mattress failed. We can't continue this process every few months. He said that if the 3rd mattress failed they would issue me a refund and we would part ways. Well, on July 1, 2025 I notified the Sales Manager Chris Kelly that we had another failure! I assumed per our previous conversation, they would come get the faulty mattress and issue a refund as we agreed upon. Instead, a shell game commenced. Charlie Wilsons passed the baton to the Simmons Rep Brookes Gardner who has been completely unresponsive to my communication. It's terrible to expect a customer to deal with your factory rep! I bought the mattress from you. You extended the 1 year warranty! Charlie Wilsons totally dropped the ball in standing behind their product. So much for supporting a Small Business! We are average size people. My guess is these mattresses are not meant for an adjustable frame (which they sold to us as well $899) Meanwhile we are sleeping on a slant. My back hurts when I wake up. Toss and turn all night and get stuck in the hole. Have to roll uphill to get out! I've given them more than enough time to make this right. Dozens of emails and phone calls. Filing a lawsuit in Small Claims Court today!

Since they work off commission, and the guy was one of my brothers a groomsman, I decided to make the trek to New Albany. When I arrived I found the salesman, Doug, standing in the parking lot speaking with a customer who is obviously leaving. I remember being impressed with him walking his customer to his car. It was polite and chivalrous in a way. Having met Doug in the parking lot, he held the door open for me, my Mom, and my Mammaw. We were on a mission. I wanted to new iPhone, but still needed help figuring out the most economical way to accomplish purchasing the new $900 device. My mammaw needed a new phone, and I was interested in knowing how I could stream live television onto my device since I am also a U-verse customer. Doug was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He knew exactly what he was talking about, do all of the ins and outs of apple devices, even though he's an android user himself. He had suggestions for the best rate plans, and when he didn't know an answer he was very quick to find one. He walked us through the entire process of transitioning phones. Even standing in the store with me and allowing me to use their guest Wi-Fi to re-download all of my apps. My device was totally 100% set up and ready to rock 'n' roll when I walked out of the store. He even helped my mammaw get an iPad mini for $50. (With a 2-year contract .. adding $10 to our monthly family plan) We were in the store with Doug, taking up his time for over three hours. The entire time he was nothing but patient. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was that Indiana has 7% sales tax versus Kentucky is 6% sales tax. But honestly, service and knowledge like Doug's was worth the drive and the extra 1%.
