She came recommended by our graphic designer Erin Martin (god bless her creativity!) since she was a locally owned business. While this business was suggested, I still reached out to 4 other printing companies but Mi-Te seemed reasonable and fair especially when it came to timelines and expectations. While we did have a few small hiccups, Terri was great to work with. She went as far as letting us use her double sided tape gun with 2 extra rolls! The only location open is Glencoe. It is an amazing service that they do out of charity for infants who need helmets to help with Plagiocephaly. Like others, they were great over the phone, answered all of my questions, were friendly, followed up quickly and acted very professional. They completed the job with high quality and ahead of schedule. We now get complements on my son's decked out helmet everywhere we go!
