But this time I was in a rush to get new frames and lenses because my current pair of glasses broke. Tina and all the staff were so very helpful and accommodating and put a rush on the order so it will arrive in days, not weeks. Tina helped me find a perfect pair of frames that fit my face, and was complimentary; (I have a very narrow face that is hard to find frames that are the right size) and I am so happy with what she found for me! The prices are very good and the service is excellent, they deserve 5 stars for sure !

I tried to buy contacts recently from professional optical and they refused to allow me to buy more…read moresince I was due for an eye exam. I have been getting my eyes checked regularly and they haven't changed in over a decade. So they are now withhold contacts /glasses if I don't get my routine eye check up. So now I have to walk around unable to see because I can't get more contacts and have no way of booking an apt any time soon for a check up due to financial hardships. I feel like withholding a product because you didn't get your regular eye check up is ridiculous and extremely unfair. Especially for someone who goes regularly and has not had any change. Very frustrating and seems to be a gimmick to get more money out of you. I informed the lady working reception of my concerns and she informed me that she didn't want to deal with the situation/didn't know how and basically avoided all of my concern's. Informed me she would get someone else to call me back (which did not happen) and I am now left to scramble and find another eye doctor and figure out how I am going to manage not being able to see until I can afford an apt at another eye doctors office. If you are planning on going to this eye doctor/clinic I would think again and try some where else!

Sadly, the section wasn't actually called "General Fiction" so I ended up looking for 40minutes for it with no help. Some of the staff were just talking and occupied beccause it was busy. Once I finally found someone it took 2 minutes to get it. The reason its 4 stars instead of 3 is beccause I imagine it being a better experience once I revisit and want to give it another chance and its not their fault I'm an idiot. Other store employees just said jn a grumpy manner it's over there and if it's not it's not on the shelf yet. a few of the Lethbridge staff could take a lesson from Eric. A quick Google search showed 4 different options. From reviewing their websites, I wasn't quite sure if 3 of the shops could help me or how much it would cost. iDeal iRepair's website was very well designed. It was easy to navigate and gave me all of the information I needed to see if they could help me. I dropped by and found a nice, well designed store. The two gentlemen working greeted me immediately (sorry, I didn't get their names). In under 5 minutes, they had replaced my battery and informed me what I needed to do to condition the new battery. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very impressive. Apple would have charged $79, plus shipping and other fees. Plus, they would have taken my phone for who knows how long. iDeal iRepair charged $50 for the part and service. I absolutely recommend this store. Thanks for the great service!
